Day 1

Your guide will pick you up from the airport or your Nairobi hotel at 7:00 a.m. (or earlier upon request) for a smooth drive to Amboseli National Park. You’ll arrive in time for lunch at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge.

After lunch, take some time to relax before embarking on your evening game drive at 3:00 p.m. During the drive, you may encounter wildebeest, zebras, lions, hyenas, antelopes, and some of Kenya’s largest elephant herds—all framed by the spectacular backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

In the evening, return to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

For the absolute best views of Kilimanjaro, you'll have to wake up for the sunrise. The early morning sun casts Kilimanjaro in a fantastic light, turning its snows pink and its mountainside a deep purple that has to be seen to be believed. It makes a remarkable setting for your breakfast.

After breakfast, check out and enjoy a half-day game drive exploring Amboseli National Park. Later on, leave for Nairobi arriving early in the evening where you will be dropped off at the airport or a Nairobi hotel.
