Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park
You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning to drive on the Mombasa-Nairobi highway. Proceeed to enter Tsavo East and have a game drive en route to the lodge. After lunch, there is an afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay. Animals to be seen include the dust-covered 'red' elephant, zebra, buffalo, giraffe and lion among others.

Tsavo East National Park to Tsavo West National Park
You'll have a sunrise game drive before departing for Tsavo West. Then you'll have a game drive en route to arrive in time for lunch. An evening game drive awaits to explore this vast wilderness. You will also visit the rhino sanctuary between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Tsavo West and Tsavo East are divided by the Nairobi-Mombasa highway. Combined, they form one of the largest parks in Africa and offer a good opportunity to see the Big Five. Tsavo West is mostly bushy and famous for the Mzima Springs, where up to 227 million litres of cool crystal clear water flows out of the ground from Chyulu Hills through an underground river. There are hippos there. The Roaring Rocks which get their name from the wind that hurtles through them and the poachers lookout offer wonderful views over Tsavo. You might also spot the klipspringer, a small antelope called mbuzi mawe in Swahili. In the southwest corner of Tsavo West is Lake Jipe. You will also get a chance to see black rhinos at their sanctuary.

Tsavo West National Park to Mombasa
After breakfast, take one last look at the wilderness before starting your journey back to Mombasa. You'll be dropped off at the hotel or airport.
