Day 1

Hopefully, your flight is scheduled for an early landing (not past noon) in Uganda. Your safari will start from Entebbe airport where you will be received by your Guide/driver who will brief you about your tour and then depart for Queen Elizabeth NP. Queen is understandably Uganda’s most popular tourist destination. The park’s diverse ecosystems makes it the ideal habitat for classic big games, ten primate species including chimpanzees and over 600 species of birds.

You will stop for lunch en route then proceed into the beautiful Queen Elizabeth National Park: one of Uganda's most outstanding treasures. Time permitting, you may proceed for an evening game viewing after checking into your accommodation. Else, relax at your accommodation (awaiting next day’s activities).

Day 2

Be up early and have your breakfast. Proceed for a morning game drive in the park and be on the look for Lions, Elephants, Leopard (though a rare sighting), Cape bushbuck, Cape Buffalos, Defassa Waterbucks, Giant Forest Hogs, Uganda kob among others. Return to your accommodation for some rest time and then lunch.

In the afternoon you will go for a 2-hour boat trip on the Kazinga Channel which connects Lakes: George and Edward and you will surely be fascinated by the concentrations of giant hippos, elephants and crocodiles among others. You will also see many varieties of birds at the water shores. You will have dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

Day 3

Be up early, have breakfast and proceed for the Chimpanzee tracking in the Kyambura gorge. The Gorge is home to habituated Chimpanzees plus other primates including baboons, colobus monkeys and also bird species. Today, you will spend the early part of the day tracking chimpanzees here.

Thereafter, return to the accommodation for some rest time and lunch. After lunch you will go out for the explosion crater drive. The drive is basically sightseeing with very spectacular view of the breathtaking scenery in and around Queen. There is also plenty of wildlife to see along the drive although commonest are sights of Cape Buffaloes plus Elephants. Return to the accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
