Day 1

Nairobi - Masai Mara

We pick you up from your Nairobi hotel or directly from the airport. You will be transferred to our office for the Kenya camping safari briefing. Meet other tourists and your Kenyan safari driver-guide between 08h00 and 08h30 whereafter you'll start the safari and head to the Masai Mara.

Make a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to witness the escarpment wall and arrive in Narok town for an early lunch. Arrive at Miti Mingi Eco Camp in the late afternoon for check-in. Freshen up and proceed for an introductory game drive. Search for the Masai Mara National Reserve's wild animals until sunset when you return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your camp at 07h45 or earlier and proceed on a full-day game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya with a good road network that allows for close-range viewing of the animals. Break for your picnic lunch near the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. After the evening game drive, return for dinner, a bonfire, and overnight at Miti Mingi Eco Camp.

Wake up to well served breakfast before proceeding for Masai Village to interact with the Masai community enjoy and get to learn their socials and ways of life thereafter drive to Lake Nakuru national park home to a thousand flamingoes. Lunch at Mai Mahi before getting into the park, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

Have breakfast at your hotel in Nakuru and check out before 08h00. Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for a game drive. Visit the rhinoceros sanctuary to see the endangered black and white rhinos and the lake to search for the pink flamingos.

Lake Nakuru National Park is small in size but its beauty is worth a visit. Drive to the Baboon Cliff for a thrilling view of the baboons. Between 10h30 and 11h00, exit Lake Nakuru and drive to Naivasha to arrive in time for a hot lunch. Spend the afternoon and evening at leisure with an option to drive to the lake for an optional boat ride (extra cost). Dinner and overnight will be at Taphe Guest Resort Naivasha.

Day 5

Depart from the hotel directly after breakfast and drive to Hell’s Gate for registration where you have the option to cycle or enjoy a drive. Hell’s Gate National Park is one of the places in Kenya where you can walk alongside wild animals as there are no predators. Take great pictures with animals in the background as you descend to the Hell’s Gate Gorge. At the gorge, you can enjoy a guided nature walk with the local guides to spice up your Kenya safari memories.

Later, ascend to the gate where you exit the park and leave Naivasha. Drive to Amboseli National Park with a stopover for a hot lunch. Arrive at Nyati Safari Camp Amboseli before sunset for check-in, relaxation, dinner, a bonfire, and overnight.

Amboseli National Park is the land of large herds of elephants and immense views of Mount Kilimanjaro. After breakfast, leave with a packed picnic lunch for an extensive game drive in Amboseli National Park. Cross the park plains with a game drive and enjoy up-close encounters with wild animals. You will have a stopover at the viewpoint for amazing views of this park and have your picnic lunch at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Visit the swampy area for an exciting game drive as elephants graze and bathe in abundance. In the evening, exit the park and drive to the campsite for an optional activity, dinner, a bonfire, and overnight.

Return to the campsite for a full breakfast, check out, and leave Amboseli. You will drive to the Kenya/Tanzania border (Namanga), or to Emali for a bus to Mombasa, otherwise, you'll return to Nairobi.
