On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by one of our experienced driver guides, ready to greet and escort you to Nairobi to your chosen hotel. He will introduce you to this wonderful city and country.

Today your adventure begins after being picked up from your hotel in Nairobi at 8:00 am. We’re driving north and west introducing you to the wonders of the Kenya landscapes as you head for Lake Naivasha in the heart of the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy 2 hours of boat ride in the vast lake and a walking tour to the Crescent Island. Later, end of your afternoon with a drive back to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Today, our journey continues as we head from the edge of the Masai Mara into its very heart. But now Masai Mara beckons and so we will continue to head south into what is surely the world’s greatest park. We'll arrive in time for a hot lunch.

Their fascinating habits and habitats are sure to provoke questions, so do ask your driver guide to explain the amazing creatures you see all around you. At night, get back at your accommodation. Today our journey continues as we head from the edge of the Serengeti in Tanzania, with packed lunch. First, you will have a quick stop at Isebania/Serare border towns for visa registration and to exchange your vehicle. It’s time to say goodbye to your Kenya guide, but you will meet him again in the final part of the safari.

Your Tanzania guide will introduce you to Tanzania culture and its people when driving into Serengeti's heart. We will continue to head south to Central Serengeti, into what is surely the world’s greatest park. At times this unsurpassable place is home to over 1.6 million herbivores and thousands of predators who stalk them. Waking up in the Serengeti is something really special. The sights, sounds, and smells of Africa are all around us, and ahead is a full day of adventure in the world’s most famous national park.

Pick your packed breakfast and lunch with your morning section of game drive in Serengeti National Park, marveling at the stunning scenery ever-changing light, and always entertaining wildlife. After our picnic lunch, we will set off again searching for wildlife in this awe-inspiring park. Serengeti’s wonders evolve subtly as the day progresses.

The myriad animals and birds are the ‘stars of the show’ and nature’s dramas can unfold any time. Of course, the animals don’t work to any schedule so we may find a lion or a leopard, elephant and zebra, cheetah and antelope at any time on our drives. At the end of the afternoon, we will return to the camp for dinner and some much-needed rest.

On Day 9, explore Africa's Garden of Eden, the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is the grasslands, forests, and freshwater lake that inspire the continual migration of animals and makes for the perfect chance to catch a glimpse of Africa's notorious Big Five i.e., buffalo, elephants, leopards, black-maned lions, and the rare black rhinoceros.

Riding through the crater in a four-wheel drive, you will get up close to some of the most unforgettable animals on the planet.

After some exploring, enjoy a hot lunch picnic in the heart of the crater before we take in some more sights and head back to the lodge for the evening. Awaiting you at the lodge will be a deliciously prepared dinner accompanied by local entertainment to enjoy as you reminisce about the day you just had. View the elephants, hippos, and buffalos that spend time at Amboseli's natural watering holes as you enjoy a private safari ride with us. Watch the graceful antelopes that graze in the flat grasslands and explore the plains of the park.

Visit a Maasai village before a morning game drive, after which, you'll return to the lodge for breakfast. Take some time for yourself in the lodge before we eat lunch. Afterwards, it's time to head back out for another game drive to see the other animals that call ​Amboseli National Park​ home.
