Masai Mara National Reserve
The full day will be spent exploring the Mara in search of the Big Five and the wildebeest migration. Separate morning and afternoon game drives are also offered. An optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at the extra cost of USD $400 per person.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to comprehend. Over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopards, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the savannah predators: lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vulture. Return for dinner and your overnight stay at the Mara Sopa Lodge.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Nairobi
Have breakfast and then proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in good time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. This scenic park is famous for its numerous species of birdlife, especially the pink flamingos. Although Lake Nakuru is primarily a bird sanctuary, there are a considerable number of animals to be seen here, including zebras and gazelles. This is also one of the best places to see rhino since Lake Nakuru National Park was the first place in Kenya selected as a rhino reserve. This is also one of the few places where we can see Rothschild’s giraffes. Later, you will return to Nairobi. Your driver will drop you off at the place of your choice.
