Departing to central kalahari game reserve
Our proffessional guides will meet you by Maun International Airport or where you are lodged early morning at 06:00 as we depart to Central kalahari game reserve. It is the largest, most remotely situated reserve in Southern Africa, and the second largest wildlife reserve in the world, encompassing 52 800 sq kms. After good summer rains, the flat grasslands of the reserve’s northern reaches teem with wildlife, which gather at the best grazing areas. These include large herds of springbok and gemsbok, as well as wildebeest, hartebeest, eland and giraffe.
Breakfast and lunch will be served en-route since its 4 hrs 54 minutes drive at 247.7km on A3 road. Reaching the game reserve will be in form of game viewing as animals move around the park. We will reach the camp and camp assitant will remain in the camp for preparation of dinner whilst we do evening drives. We will return to the camp around 18;30 hours for dinner and accomodation in tent.
