Day 1

You will be picked up at your hotel or airport by morning and depart for Tsavo East National Park. This park is home to zebras, impalas, waterbucks, wildebeests, cheetahs, and giraffes to name but a few! You will visit Aruba Dam, one of the best places to see elephants and lions. You will have lunch at Voi Safari Lodge.

In the afternoon, go for a game drive in the park. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Voi Safari Lodge or a similar lodge. (FB)

Day 2

You will have breakfast at the lodge then you will depart for Tsavo West National Park. You will have lunch at Ngulia Safari Lodge. In the afternoon, you will go for game drives in Tsavo West National Park, with its diverse scenery with many volcanic cones, rock outcrops, and lava flows. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Ngulia Safari Lodge or a similar (FB)

Day 3

Tsavo West - Amboseli National Park

Tsavo West - Amboseli National Park

An early morning departure takes you west, across the spectacular Shetani lava flow, a reminder of the molten outpouring that spilt down the scenic slopes of the nearby Chyulu Hills over the last three centuries to Amboseli. You will have lunch at Amboseli AA Lodge.

In the afternoon, you will go for a game drive in the park.

A game drive through Amboseli takes you across this vast lakebed often dry, but still very swampy in areas. Amboseli is best known for its great herds of elephants. You'll often find many of them standing knee-deep in the water, spraying themselves to keep cool. Other games here include cheetahs, buffalos, giraffes, and gazelles. It's all set against the amazing backdrop of majestic Mount Kilimanjaro showing all its glory.

You will have dinner and an overnight stay at Amboseli AA Lodge or similar (FB).

Day 4

Amboseli - Lake Nakuru National Park

Amboseli - Lake Nakuru National Park

After an early breakfast, you will proceed to Lake Nakuru via Nairobi. You will travel west through Kenya's fertile highlands, where tea and coffee abound. To your left, is a spectacular view of the Great Rift Valley, with the dormant volcano Longonot at centre stage. Your panoramic journey will take you past Lake Naivasha, with its Crescent Island, to Lake Elementaita. You will arrive for lunch and check in at Pelican Lodge.

Later in the afternoon, you will drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for an evening game drive which is, of course, known for its birdlife. But wildlife is also in abundance here. You'll see large numbers of waterbucks, warthogs, impalas, buffalos, plains game, cheetahs, and now rhinos, as Lake Nakuru National Park has been made into one of Kenya's rhino sanctuaries.

You will have dinner and an overnight stay at Pelican Lodge.

Other options of accommodation: Sarova Lionhill Lodge, Lake Nakuru Lodge, Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge and Flamingo Hill Tented Camp.

Day 5

Nakuru - Masai Mara National Reserve

Nakuru - Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart for Masai Mara National Reserve. Leaving Nakuru behind, you will head southwards and turn right at Maai Mahiu to ascend up over the top of the Mau Escarpment. Then heading due south, you will travel towards Narok, the gateway to the Maasai Mara and district headquarters of this part of Maasailand. You will reach your destination, Mara Fisi Camp for check-in and lunch.

This will be followed by an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Masai Mara is an extension of the Serengeti ecosystem to the south. Game abounds here, particularly when the migration is on and millions of wildebeests and zebras make their way back and forth across the Mara River on their annual trek.

The Mara also has lions—particularly the superb black-maned males. You'll see lots of elephants, leopards, cheetahs and rhinos here as well. All of the Big Five are residents.

You will have dinner and an overnight stay at Fisi Camp or Similar (FB).

You'll return back to your camp by evening.
