Mombasa - Tsavo East

Mombasa - Tsavo East

We pick you up from your hotel and drive directly to Tsavo East National Park, home of the “red elephants”. Once we have passed the gate, we are already on our first game drive. We will reach the Sentrim Tarhi Camp in time for lunch. Spend some time at leisure before going back to the park for the afternoon game drive.

You will visit the Aruba Dam which impounds the Voi River into a small lake, attracting thirsty animals from the Taru Desert. Equally impressive is the diversity of resident bird species which includes hornbills, eagles, kingfishers, weavers, giant bustards, storks, and marabous. At sundown, we return to the Sentrim Tarhi Camp for dinner and overnight.
