Welcome to Namibia, otherwise known as the thirst-land Wilderness! Get ready for the journey of a lifetime through the wild landscapes of Namibia that is immersed between two gigantic deserts! We will learn about the culture, animal life and stunning landscapes of Namibia, one of Africa's most beautiful countries. Once you arrive in Windhoek International Airport, you will be shuttled to your hotel.

Afternoon: Relax and unwind with a Sun downer on the Terrace overlooking the hypnotising view of the captivating city of Namibia's Capitol City of Windhoek. Our professional guide will give you a gripping and alluring introduction to Southern Africa, including the unforgettable and bewildering experiences awaiting you in the approaching week.

Day 2-3

Namib-Naukluft & Sossusvlei/Deadvlei Tour

Enjoy a good start to the day viewing the sun casting its first rays over the city of Windhoek before we embark on your private tour of the Namib-Naukluft National Park and the towering Sand Dunes. Sossusvlei is Namibia's most iconic landscape.
Morning: We shall travel over the majestic Eros Mountains and along the scenic roads leading southeast into the desert. Highlights of this excursion include the Naukluft Mountains, the 'Tufa' - otherwise known as waterfall limestone formations. The core of the agricultural life of Namibia which is the Central Plateau. Remhoogte Pass is one of the highest roads in Namibia and has an elevation of 1.556m (5,104ft).
Afternoon: Relax and enjoy lunch as we take a break from our drive before setting out again to reach the sand dunes. Marvel at Big Daddy, the highest dune in the world reaching 325m (1,066ft). Observe the morning sun painting the one side of the dune a fiery red.

Day 4

Sossusvlei to Swakopmund

Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast on the Al Fresco Terrace overlooking the exquisite view of the Elim Dune and the floodlit waterhole in the morning where you can observe the passing parade of the oryx, jackal, ostrich, springbok and ground squirrel.

Activities include: Scenic Flights, Hot Air Ballooning, Quad Buggy Nature Trail, Helicopter Flights, Sossusvlei and Deadvlei Excursion, Sesriem Canyon Excursion, Bush Dinners as well as Archery.
Please note these activities are optional for an extra cost. At noon we shall then head to Swakopmund. On the way we'll stop over in Solitaire at the famous coffee shop and have their famous apple pie and a light snack.

Day 5

Swakopmund to Damaraland

Swakopmund to Damaraland

Embark on a morning Dolphin Scenic Cruise or embark on an adventure after a delicious breakfast as you watch the living desert dance on the living desert tour. These activities can be added for an extra fee.
Lunch time we shall make our way to the Petrified Forest, the trees are about 250 million years old and were deposited in the area by the flood which came down from areas from the north.
The fact that the trunks do not have any branches suggest that these trees grew somewhere else and was then carried to its present location by rivers or floods. The trunks were deposited in a silica rich environment and were excluded from contact with oxygen which prevented decay.
During the course of time molecules of silica penetrated the wood and replaced wood molecules. At present, around 50 trunks can be seen on the site with the longest being more than 30 meters long. At the end of the day we shall make our way to our Camp Kipwe lodge nestled majestically against the boulders.

Day 6-7

Damaraland to Etosha

A Twylfontein Tour shall be on the agenda for this day and then on day 7 we'll do a Etosha drive with our guide and vehicle, we will have a fill day in the Etosha National Park to explore, so keep your eyes open and your checklists ready. Etosha is one of the largest and the best game viewing parks in the whole of Africa. The Ovambo named Etosha, which means 'huge white area', or 'place of dry water', depending upon whom you ask. For most of the year a vast shallow pan, which was once a lake the size of Holland, shimmers a glaring bright white from crystallised salt across its entire surface. The lodge is a fantastic base to explore the Park. Etosha is one of the finest game reserves in Southern Africa and is dominated by a massive mineral pan. The pan was formed approximately 1000 million years ago. A San legend foretells about the formation of Etosha and includes a gripping story about how everyone, but the woman was slaughtered.
