You'll be picked up from the airport or hotel and transferred to the domestic terminal to Serengeti by a Coastal Aviation Flight. Departure time for the flight is 7:00 am and arrival time at Serengeti is at 9:15 am. Head directly to a game drive. Later, return to the camp for a hot lunch and one hour of rest. Depart at 3:00 pm for an afternoon game drive, to explore the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Dunia Camp.

Serengeti National Park Game Drive

Today after breakfast, you will go for a full-day game drive. The Serengeti is famous for its wildebeest migration crossing the Grumeti and Mara Rivers (June-August). 2.5 million wildebeests driven by the same ancient rhythms follow their instincts on the inescapable cycle of life which includes a frenzied territorial conquest, mating, and survival of the fittest. They form a 25-mile (40km) long column and plunge through crocodile-infested waters on their annual exodus north. During this time, they replenish their species during a brief population explosion that produces more than 300,000 calves over a 3-week period (October-December) following their 1,200 miles (2,000km) pilgrimage.

Serengeti National Park - Dar es Salaam

After breakfast, you will depart to the airstrip with an enroute game drive, the flight from Serengeti departs at 9:25 am and arrive in Dar es Salaam in the afternoon, at 1:25 pm.
It all depends on availability at the time of the booking.
On arrival in Dar es Salaam, our driver will pick you up and drive you to your hotel in Dar es Salaam or transfer you to Terminal 2 for your flight back home.
