Day 1

Arriving in Victoria Falls, you will be collected from the Victoria Falls International Airport and transferred to the lodge in Victoria Falls. After check-in and a light snack, you have an option to view the falls in the afternoon, you will need a waterproof bag for the cameras and phones as you may get wet! Enjoy the majestic grandeur of this wonder of the world.

After the falls walk, we will recommend you book an evening sunset cruise. This is a great way to end the day with. Drink and watch hippos and sometimes elephants along the river's edge as the sun sets.

Your dinner is not included so you have a choice to eat at the lodge from a set menu or visit one of the many delightful restaurants available.

Day 2

Chobe National Park

Chobe National Park

After breakfast at 8:30 am, you will be met at Kazungula border/ferry by your guide who will escort you through Botswana immigration border formalities.

After a 15-minute road trip, you will be dropped off at Chobe Safari Lodge for the commencement of your 3-hour boat cruise on the Chobe River. The cruise is considered one of the highlights of the trip, where you get up close and personal with fantastic birdlife, hippos, crocodiles, and of course scores of elephant and Cape buffalo as they make their way down to the river to quench their thirst. The boat cruise ends back in Kasane at 12:30 pm. Your guide will escort you to your table for a buffet lunch.

After lunch at 1:30 pm, you'll go for a game drive into the Chobe National Park, where you can see the beautiful giants cool off or cross over to Impalila Island where there is abundant food. After seeing the beautiful Chobe sun setting on the horizon, you will be taken to the camp for a scrumptious dinner and stories around the fire.

Day 3

Chobe National Park Return to Victoria Falls

Chobe National Park Return to Victoria Falls

Your guide will wake you up at 5:00 am with warm water being poured into their basins and a friendly Botswana “Dumela” (good day). After a quick cup of tea or coffee and a continental breakfast, you will start your game drive as you drive towards the park exit. Big cats such as lions and leopards are a familiar sight at this time of the day. You will be dropped off at your respective borders by 09h00.

On return to Victoria Falls, you will have the afternoon free to engage in any activities on offer or just relax and walk around the village and see what the shops and local crafts have to offer. You will be hosted once again in our lodge and dinner will be on your account so giving you the choice of the many eateries in the village.

Day 4

Hwange National Park

Hwange National Park

After your breakfast at the lodge, you will be met and transferred to the Robins Camp in Hwange National Park. Here you will check in and then be taken on an open game drive to see elephants and other game species in the park. This area is well known for lions so you may get that special viewing opportunity. You will return to the lodge at midday for rest and lunch will be included.

You may choose to do another drive or a guided walk and experience the real feel of being close to Africa’s giants on foot, a truly amazing feeling. Returning to the lodge at sundown for a scrumptious dinner and a hot shower. Rest easy to the sounds of the African night. Even a lion's roar is close to camp.

Day 5

Hwange National Park to Zambia

Hwange National Park to Zambia

We will have an early start after a quick breakfast to catch the last of the nocturnal animals on their way to bed, and the early risers of the African dawn. Dress warmly. You will return to the lodge in time for your transfer back to Victoria Falls at midday. You will check back into our lodge and lunch will be on your account.

You may then travel across the famous Victoria Falls Bridge, built many years ago, and meet your guide that will take you on the Zambian side to visit the Devil's Pool. Devils pools are famously situated right on the edge of the waterfalls, an amazing experience.

From here you will return back to Zimbabwe in the evening, clean up and have your last dinner in the village, this is also on your account.

Day 6

After your breakfast at the lodge, and depending on the time your international flight departs. You may have some last-minute shopping to do or you can just relax until check out and transfer to the airport to catch your flight, with your bags full of wonderful memories of Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana.
