Day 1

Depart from Dar es Salaam - Mikumi National Park

You will be picked up from the airport or hotel and depart Dar es Salaam heading to Mikumi National Park. This journey will take about 5 hours. Upon arrival, in the afternoon, you will take off on your first game drive. Mikumi National Park is one of the Tanzania's larger parks with excellent bird watching as well as good viewing of predators. After your afternoon game drive, you will head to Vamos Hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2

Vamos hotel - Masai Boma- Dar es Salaam

After breakfast, you will check out and go on a 2-hour visit to the Maasai Boma. You will be met by a Maasai guide (Maasai lady ) who will brief you about the life and the general activities of the Maasai Trib. You will go around to see their unique houses and how they harvest milk from cows and goats. It's a very interesting moment. After this tour, you will take off on your last morning game drive before making your safari back to Dar es Salaam. You will depart the Mikumi national park arriving in Dar es Salaam where you will be dropped off at the airport or hotel. This is where your safari will end.
