Arrival Lusaka, light aircraft transfer to Anabezi in the Lower Zambezi National Park
On arrival at Lusaka International Airport one of our representative will meet you and assist you with the check-in for your onward light aircraft flight to Anabezi.
Anabezi is found at the lower end of the Zambezi National Park, exclusively located offering relaxing and serene isolation. With its unique location, Anabezi offers diverse wildlife sightings. Here, many yellow corn pods drop from the surrounding Ana Trees attracting a diversity of animals from the higher land to feed during the dry months.
Depending on your arrival time you may enjoy lunch and a brief rest before heading futon your first game activity.

Explore the Lower Zambezi National Park
You have three full days to enjoy the mighty Zambezi River experience.
Lower Zambezi is great for water-based activities that include canoeing, boating and fishing with game drives and game walks as a bonus, for you to choose from. You therefore have a full range of activities on offer for these two days; the choice is all yours. Tiger fishing (on a catch and release basis) is a must for keen fishermen.

Fly to Mfuwe (via Lusaka) and road transfer to Tena Tena in the South Luangwa National Park
After breakfast you will head off to another one of Zambia’s premier safari destination, the renowned South Luangwa National Park.
Transfer will be a flight via Lusaka and onto Mfuwe Airport. At Mfuwe International Airport a representative will meet you and transfer you to Tena Tena. The drive to camp is approximately an1 hour and a half through colourful local scenes of villages, agriculture as well as bush. Driving time mostly depends on what exciting sightings you have along the way.
Tena Tena is a remote and small camp which lies within the National Park and enjoys a stunning location on a sweeping bend of the Luangwa River. A grove of mahogany trees shade the large custom- made tents. From the thatched dining room and bar, guests can watch the elephants, hippo and antelope on the riverbank.
On arrival you will be shown to your tent and then lunch will be served followed by a siesta and then tea before the afternoon and evening game drive.

Explore the South Luangwa National Park
The following three days you will have many opportunities to explore this park in more detail.
Activities include game drives, walks through the ebony groves. Alternatively you may decide this is an ideal day, depending on the heat and time of year, to explore the Nsefu Sector of the National Park (an all-day picnic drive) or enjoy a day tour to Kawaza village for a cultural experience. Nothing is set in stone and all will be tailored to your interests.

Fly to Lilongwe (Malawi) and transfer to Pumulani at Lake Malawi
After an early breakfast, transfer to Mfuwe Airport for your flight to Lilongwe (approximately 50 min). On arrival at Lilongwe’s Kamuzu Airport, you will be met by one of our representatives, who will assist with immigration procedures.
Transfer by road transfer to Pumulani. Pumulani is situated on the Westside of the Nankumba Peninsula in the South end of Lake Malawi – romantically called “The Lake of Stars”. The ten villas are scattered around the hillside and are individual in shape and style but all have a spacious bedroom, bathroom and extensive sitting area. The front sliding doors open onto the deck – elevated above the ground giving optimal views. The central dining and bar area is high above the lake with the most spectacular views.
The stunning setting of the lodge and the unique comfort of the rooms means that many guests choose to make relaxation their main activity, but there are enough activities available to keep guests busy.

Explore, relax and unwind at Pumulani
Enjoy the first full day of relaxation at Pumulani.
The remote beach setting is ideal for those who simply want to soak up the sun and swim in the clear blue waters of the lake. Those who prefer to take a dive in the swimming pool, there is an infinity pool near the central dining area with grand views over the lake, as well as another infinity pool on beach level. For those seeking activity many watersports are on offer: snorkelling, fishing, sailing, kayaking, waterskiing, wake boarding and fun tube rides (all motorized activities are excluded and will be charge extra).
At the end of the day climb aboard our dhow and let our experienced local crewmen take you sailing into the sunset.

Relax and enjoy activities at Pumulani, Lake Malawi
Lake Malawi is the world’s most ecologically diverse lake. Its crystal clear waters are home to more than a thousand species of fish, including hundreds of species of colourful cichlids. Pumulani offers special diving courses at the best diving spots near one of the islands. For those who are interested in the real Malawian village life a guided walk through one of the local villages is an option. Malawians are renowned for being amongst the friendliest people in Africa and during your stay you will have the opportunity to meet them.
Alternatively you may of course also chose to simply relax in the beautiful and tranquil scenery.

Transfer by road from Lake Malawi to Lilongwe
After breakfast did farewell to Lake Malawi and transfer back to Lilongwe by road in time for your onward journey.
