Morning breakfast then drive to the Tarangire National Park for a morning & afternoon game drive. The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for the wild animals during Tanzania’s dry season. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

After breakfast, a short morning game drive around the park. The Tarangire National Park contains some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This park is also home to three rare species of animals – the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, and the Ashy Starlings. You will enjoy a picnic lunch served at a picnic site while you watch the wildlife around the lake. Later in the day you will leave Tarangire and drive to Serengeti National Park arriving in the evening for dinner and overnight on full board at your lodge.
