Day 1
Nairobi – Transfer to Amboseli - Tortilis Camp

You will be picked up by our driver from your Nairobi hotel at 6 am who will transfer you to Wilson Airport for your flight to Amboseli, departing at 8:15 am. You will arrive in Amboseli in mid-morning. You will be picked up by our guide or the camp’s driver who will drive you to the camp with a game drive en-route. Check in and later enjoy lunch, then relax before your afternoon game drive of 2 hours at 4 pm. Later, return to Tortilis Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Wake up at 6:00 am for a cup of coffee before starting our morning game drive. Check out of the lodge and drive to the park in search of the Big 5, the beautiful snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro and the big jumbos of Amboseli with the many bird species.
After a 3-hour game drive, we will head back for our full breakfast and relax. We will refresh and enjoy lunch before embarking on another 3-hour game drive. After a successful game drive and game viewing, we will check back into Tortilis Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Amboseli – Transfer to Masai Mara - Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp (Classic Tents)

After breakfast at the camp, you will be transferred to the airstrip for a flight to Masai Mara. On arrival, you will be picked up by the camp’s driver. Enjoy an introductory game drive en-route to the camp for lunch. After lunch, relax before an afternoon game drive at 4:00 pm for 2 hours, then return for overnight at Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp.

Day 4-5

Spend 2 full days exploring the park in search of the Big 5 and other predators. An optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 500 per person. The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe that over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopards, many kinds of antelopes, and elephants. Return for dinner and overnight at &Beyond Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp.

Day 6
Masai Mara – Transfer to Nairobi
Masai Mara – Transfer to Nairobi
Have breakfast, then transfer to the airstrip for a flight to Nairobi departing at 11:15 am. You will arrive at 12:15 pm and be transferred to the Carnivore Restaurant for lunch. Later, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
