Fly into the Central Kalahari Game Reserve

You will arrive at Maun Airport in Botswana and fly by shared charter to Dinaka just outside of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. You'll enjoy 2 nights on a fully inclusive basis.

A flight from the edge of the Okavango Delta takes you to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and Dinaka, a luxurious tented camp set in a private concession adjoining the reserve’s northern border. The Kalahari is a land of open thorny woodland and dry grasslands – a very different landscape compared to what follows on your safari with brown hyenas, springboks, and the rapier-horned oryx antelopes. The reserve is renowned for its predators – lions and cheetahs especially – plus good sightings of rarities such as honey badgers and wild cats. Game drives and educational walks with bushman guides bring the Kalahari to life for you, and you’ll also enjoy spot-lit evening drives and close-up views of animals from an underground bunker at the camp waterhole. Only four guests per vehicle.

Okavango Delta

You will fly by shared charter to Kanana Camp in the Okavango Delta and enjoy 2 nights on a full board basis.

Flying out of the Kalahari, you’ll notice the landscape change dramatically beneath you: lazy winding rivers and shimmering floodplains appear, flanked by palm trees and studded with islands – the Okavango Delta. This is classic Botswana – elephants, hippos, big cats, giraffes, and buffalos – and your destination is Kanana Camp set in the beautiful private concession. The annual floods transform parts of this concession into a true water paradise, offering you the best of both worlds. Due to the camp's location, you can experience magnificent game sightings during drives as well as the unique experience of exploring the delta’s beautiful waterways by boat or Mokoro. When out on game drives your window seat guarantee ensures no more than four guests per vehicle and individual use of a camera mount.
