Day 2

Tsavo East

Tsavo East

After an early breakfast drive to Tsavo East national Park using the Mombasa Nairobi Trans-African highway and use the Bachuma Gate. Game drive enroute to the camp and arrive in time for lunch. Check-in and rest. Later in the afternoon depart the lodge for an evening game drive. Here you get the chance to see different animals especially Giraffes, Zebras, Buffaloes, lots of Elephants and if you’re lucky see the big gates. Later in the evening drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Nairobi

Nairobi

Early morning game drive to capture the sunrise and also it is a good chance to see the nocturnal animals back from hunting before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, check out of your lodge exiting the park with game drive en route. Proceed to Nairobi with lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, you will head to Lake Nakuru National park which is regarded by avid birders’ as the greatest world ornithological spectacle on earth. Later in the afternoon you will leave for a game drive.
The park is famous for its millions of pink flamingos lining on the shore. It is the sanctuary to the Black Rhino and the Rothschild giraffe. Later in the evening drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast 7:00-AM, go for a full day game drive in the park until evening. Picnic lunch will be served at a picnic site as you watch hippos and crocodile in the Masai Mara River. The Masai Mara is one of the most famous ecosystems in the world. This huge expanse of grassland is home to an astonishing variety of wildlife such as elephant, buffalo, zebra, crocodile, ostrich, hyena, rhino, cheetah, leopard, and lion. Between mid-august to late October, one of the greatest spectacles on Earth takes place in the Masai Mara – the annual wildebeest migration. Over one million wildebeest are joined by zebra and gazelle as they move into the reserve seeking fresh grazing. Nothing is guaranteed on safari, but with the help of our brilliant guides, you should see and learn a huge amount about the resident wildlife as you drive through the park. Afternoon visit Masai tribesmen in their villages for an up-close cultural tour. Later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast you will check out and leave your camp for with game drive enroute. The train station at Emali is close-by. There your guide will assist you with tickets and transfer to the Madaraka Express, the new high-speed train to Mombasa and the coast. Your first-class ticket is included with the tour, so enjoy the comfort of your air-conditioned compartment as you travel through sections of Tsavo East. The train route is positioned higher than the roadway and offers an elevated view. With its large windows you’ll enjoy wonderful vistas of the passing landscapes. There’s also a buffet car for drinks and snacks, and clean restrooms for your convenience. In a little less than three hours you’ll arrive at the state-of-the-art train station in Mombasa. Have lunch at a local restaurant in Mombasa. Transfer to your luxury resort in Diani is also included – we’ll pick you up and bring you to your local hotel at the beach.
