You will meet our company representative and your driver for this tour at your hotel and you will then transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. Enroute, you will stop at Abaita Ababiri and take pictures of Lake Victoria.
Enjoy your lunch at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and enjoy a trek of these magnificent endangered rhinos. A well trained guide will take you on a two-hour walk as you see firsthand how the rhinos spend their day.
Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch located in Nakasongola district is the proud home of the only wild rhinos in Uganda. Conveniently located 100 miles north of Kampala on the Gulu highway towards Murchison Falls, Ziwa sanctuary is the only place where you will be able to see rhinos in the wild. Presently the sanctuary is home to 21 southern white rhinos.
You will then drive to Murchison Falls National park, where you will check into your accommodation for the night as you anticipate the next day’s activities.

Game drive and boat cruise in Murchison Falls National Park
The next morning after breakfast, depart for an early morning game drive across the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest national park, where you will have chances of viewing lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffaloes, and elephants. For the birders amongst you, these areas support the secretary bird, and black chested snake eagle, to name a few.
In the afternoon, go for a boat trip to the base of Murchison Falls, where the Nile thunders through a small 7-meter gap, plunging 43 meters into Lake Albert. Presently, the spotlight of a visit to Murchison Falls Park is the 2pm launch trip up stream to observe the falls and abundant wildlife.
The round trip takes about three hours. Alternatively, you may take another boat trip that goes downstream from Paraa down to the papyrus delta at the point where Nile River enters Lake Albert. This four to five hours boat adventure provides a good chance of discovering the shoebill stork and varieties of reptiles and mammals.

Murchison Falls National Park to Kibale Forest National Park
Your visit to Murchison Falls National Park ends with an early breakfast or an optional hot air balloon experience where you get an up-close encounter with resident mammals, birdlife and predators, before exiting to the to Kibale Forest National Park via Butiaba escarpments.
Upon arrival, you will check into your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay so you can get the much needed rest.

Chimp trekking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
In the morning after breakfast, start the four-hour chimp walk, during which you may also get to see 10 other primates. Kibale Forest National Park is also known for all the butterflies and birds. In the afternoon, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park while on a game drive and then you will be arriving to check in into your accommodation.

Explore Queen Elizabeth National Park; boat cruise and game drive
In the morning, take to the park’s undulating savannah for a rewarding game drive. The park’s diverse ecosystem of grassy plains, tropical forest, rivers, swamps, lakes, and volcanic craters is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife including buffaloes, elephants, lions, warthogs, waterbucks, Topis, kobs and so much more.
After lunch, go for the afternoon launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. The Kazinga channel is a wide, 20 miles long natural channel connecting the two Lakes; Lake Gorge (to the east) and Lake Edward (to the west). This is a home to a variety of water birds and on a hot day, hippos, elephants, buffaloes, and waterbucks can be sighted as they bathe and drink water at the water's edge.

Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Forest, through Ishasha sector
After an early morning breakfast, you will board the vehicle and head for Bwindi Forest National Park, passing through Ishasha sector, south of Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its tree climbing lions.
Then, you will continue on to Bwindi forest for the mountain gorillas, a population of the few left in the world. The forest is also home to over 300 species of birds, particularly Albertine endemics like the double collared sunbird, Kivu ground thrushes, short tailed warbler, and African grey parrots where 24 of 26 species are found in the park alone.

Bwindi Forest National Park: Gorilla Trekking and cultural tour
After an early morning breakfast, take a walk to the park’s offices for preliminary briefing and then given about two armed rangers to lead you through the forest. Trek through the forest’s thick vegetation hearing creaks and groans of the gorillas and monkeys.
Upon meeting them, the tour guide identifies for you the particular family, its name and usual behavior. Tracking sometimes lasts for two to seven hours, thus the need to pack lunch for the adventure.
If you get back early from your gorilla trekking adventure; discover the communities that live in close proximity with the gorillas on an evening village walk. Embark on various activities including meeting with traditional healers, visiting authentic homesteads, watching the local blacksmith at work, and learning skills such as basket weaving and millet grinding. There are also cultural performances by Kiga and Batwa communities.

Relaxation at Lake Bunyonyi
Depart to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale. This lake is Africa’s second deepest after Lake Tanganyika. It is popular with up to 29 scenic islands, each with a different unique story. Explore all these islands with a dugout canoe or a motorized boat.
In the afternoon, you can engage in a 10-course high ropes adventure and zip lining across Lake Bunyonyi. Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge on the shores of the lake.

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast at the scenic Lake Bunyonyi, you will be transferred by your experienced driver-guide in a 4X4 safari jeep to Lake Mburo National Park. Stopover at Igongo Country Hotel for lunch and proceed to Lake Mburo National Park for an evening game drive. After, return to the booked lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
You may also book for a night game drive, where you expect to sight nocturnal creatures including snakes, spotted hyena, owls and the elusive leopard (rare to spot) among other mammals and birds.

Transfer back to Kampala
Enjoy an early breakfast and proceed for the game walking safari in the presence of an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger/guide. On this early morning guided walk; you will have the opportunity to encounter (at close range): Zebras, Giraffes and Eland, Topi and other antelopes, Cape buffaloes among others.
Take the trail to top of the hills and view the panoramic Lake Mburo and beyond. From this vantage point, you will have a view of 9 of the twelve lakes bordering Lake Mburo NP. Thereafter, return to the lodge for checkout and then hit the road to Entebbe airport for your departure.
