Day 1

Harare & Save Valley

On arrival into Harare Airport, guests will transfer directly to their charter aircraft for a 40-minute flight south to the wild and remote Save Valley Conservancy. On arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by the superb team at Mokore and transferred to the beautiful lodge accommodation.

After a chance to freshen up, guests are welcome to undertake their first game-activity of the trip. This might be a game drive or walking safari, but is likely to deliver excellent game-viewing regardless. Save Valley boasts dense populations of lion, leopard, wild dog, cheetah, elephant, black rhino and white rhino, making every safari a truly exciting one.

After dinner, you might choose to head out on an exciting night drive, where anything from aardvark to zorilla might be encountered.

Guests are welcome to explore their section of the conservancy across the next five full days, either on walking safaris or on morning, evening and night game drives. Predators abound here, but generic game species are also well seen. For an extra fee, you may choose to visit the nearby Gonarezhou National Park, which boasts incredible scenery in addition to world-class game-viewing.
