Day 1

Serengeti National Park

Early in the morning you will leave from Arusha. At the end of the morning we will arrive in Serengeti National Park where we will do a game drive all afternoon. The Serengeti is known for its endless plains of Savannah and forest landscapes. An area of ​​about 30,000 km2 in the north of Tanzania and Kenya, of which 80 % is located in Tanzania. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and followers, thousands of predators are moving because of the drought in the northern hills to the southern plains. After the rains in mid-April they go back via a detour through the western part. The grasslands cover more than one third of the park, where you will find many animals throughout the year.
At the end of the afternoon we'll arrive at the campsite in the middle of the Serengeti. Your tent will be prepared and in the evening the chef will cook a nice diner for you.

Having a very eary start today to discover the most of Serengeti! Appreciating the Serengeti's beauty takes a few days. Many people are initially overawed by the size and scale. Where does this place end? Is there anywhere without Thompson's gazelle? Leopards are found hiding in the grass, stalking wildebeest with solemn footsteps. Cheetahs stand alert on rocky outcrops, scouring the land for an easy meal, exquisite fur glimmering beneath the sun. With this unique itinerary you'll be exploring different areas of the park and experiencing the subtle changes that mark the land. Every expedition is a game drive, an endearing adventure past the herds and alongside the predators. In the local Swahili language “safari” translates to “journey,” and this meaning is emblematic of all your time in the Serengeti. After full day of exploring this beautiful plains return to the comfort of your Tented Lodge for dinner and overnight with so much beautiful memories to think of as you go to bed.

We will wake up early in the morning and after breakfast we will drive into the Ngorongoro crater. The Ngorongoro crater has a diameter of about 20 kilometers and a 600 meter-high crater wall. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact crater in the world. The crater life estimated 30,000 larger mammals. In the center of the crater is a salt lake. This is one of the most densely populated wildlife areas in the world. It is a unique area where animals and humans as the authentic Maasai live together. From the edge of the crater you look out over the impressive crater and its wonderful inhabitants. In the afternoon we'll drive back to Arusha where we arrive before dinner time at Tulia Boutique Hotel and Spa.
