Part of the original 27-hole layout at Fancourt, the Gary Player-designed Montagu Golf Course is a classic tree-lined parkland that covers large tracts of varying terrain across an undulating indigenous landscape and is currently ranked at #8 in the country. Ranked 17th in South Africa, Fancourt’s Outeniqua Golf Course offers a leisurely and entertaining golfing experience. While more forgiving than its counterpart, the Montagu, excellent water features, and creeks interspersed with unique bunkering are all augmented in the charm and challenge by the colorful flora to be seen throughout the course. After your round, you could enjoy the spa to rejuvenate those aching muscles or step out to discover this historic town. Hit the beach, explore the Cango Caves, meet the ostriches at Oudtshoorn or enjoy a quick wine tasting tour. The Peter Matkovich-designed Steenberg Golf Course is nestled in the crook of the Constantiaberg Mountains. It features the longest green in Africa on the 14th hole, while the working vineyards, through which the layout meanders, also provide a unique visual aspect and a charming added hazard. After your round, enjoy a guided tour of Cape Town and the Table Mountain. Start with a drive through the city center, passing landmarks like the Castle of Good Hope, Company Gardens, and the Malay Quarter. Next, go to Table Mountain via Kloof Nek, and ascend to the top (weather permitting) by revolving cable car. Finally, get a bird’s-eye view of the city and its beaches. From the vineyards that border the course to the Berg River flowing against the mountainous backdrop, playing here is a sheer joy. Spend the afternoon on a guided tour of the famous Franschhoek Winelands, where you will visit two historic wineries, perhaps the well-known Mont Rochelle and La Motte estates. Learn about the art of winemaking, sample select reds and whites with chocolate, cheese, olive oil, and biltong (dried meat), and soak in the unique atmosphere of the quaint Winelands. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in the town of Victoria Falls. Check in to the grand Victoria Falls Hotel, set right on the falls' edge for three nights. In the local language, the Falls are known as Mosi-Oa-Tunya, translating as ' the smoke that thunders. Few natural wonders can match the spectacle as the mighty Zambezi river takes a sharp plunge into the abyss some 400 meters below. So abundant is the display of nature's raw power at Victoria Falls prompted David Livingstone to exclaim in 1855, “scenes so lovely must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight.” Not surprisingly, the largest curtain of falling water on earth is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Falls can also be accessed via a private path from the hotel.

Next, see 'The Big Tree,' the rainforest trails, and sites like the Devil’s Cataract at the end of the Chain Walk. Then it’s time for golf at Elephant Hills Golf Club (Includes Green Fee, Shared Cart, and Halfway House). Imagine a round of golf where the unusual obstacles include wild antelope and the odd zebra roaming the course. Bunkers encourage accurate approach shots, and eight holes have water hazards. Gary Player put all his design ingenuity into creating this course that completely merges with its surrounds. Late afternoon, you will be transferred for a scenic sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.
