Airport Pick Up and Transfer to Hotel
Arriving in a fresh and new country might be intimidating. As you take in the strange sights, sounds, and smells, your senses are on high alert. Our driver/tour guide will be waiting to pick you up and transfer you to your hotel from where he will brief you on what to expect on your safari. Depending on your time of arrival, we can arrange optional activities around Entebbe including Mabamba Shoebill tracking on Lake Victoria, Ngamba Chimpanzee Sanctuary, or visiting the reptile village.

Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Stop at the Equator
Head start with breakfast and the hotel and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This drive takes between 8-10 hours with resting points at the equator and a lunch break in Mbarara City. For the rest of the drive, you will stay entertained with background music, travel books in the car, and the beautiful scenery of plantations and ranches. Your car will have open Wi-Fi to help you communicate with your friends back home or do some more research on destinations and attractions.

Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Community Tour
After early breakfast, depart with packed lunch to the starting point of the gorilla trekking. On arrival at the UWA briefing point, a group of locals will entertain you with welcoming songs and dances and thereafter, each group will be assigned a gorilla family to trek for the day in the company of an armed ranger.
The trekking experience takes between 1- 3 hours and involves slippery paths during hikes. You can hire a potter to help you during the trek with carrying luggage or if you feel too tired to walk any longer. After successful trekking, you will be awarded a certificate, return to the hotel and prepare for a Batwa cultural experience.

Isasha Tree Climbing Lions Tracking
After breakfast, drive to the Isasha Sector for our first game safari. Today, the highlight is seeing the amazing tree-climbing lions. This part of Queen Elizabeth National Park is home to numerous wildlife species including elephants, topis, and buffalos but the highlight is the tree-climbing lions. After our game drive, return for lunch at the hotel on the drive to Mweya and Kasenyi sector for more wildlife and boat cruises.

Game Safari and Boat Cruise
Queen Elizabeth is understandably the most visited game in Uganda because of its diverse ecosystem. This includes sprawling savannah, shady, humid forests, sparkling lakes, and fertile wetlands, making it the ideal habitat of the classic game, primate species including chimpanzees, and over 600 bird species.
Today, we'll start the day with a game drive through Kasenyi tracks. You'll then return to the lodge for lunch and immerse yourselves in an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel.

Chimpanzee Tracking and Transfer to Entebbe
The Kyambura gorge chimpanzee tracking experience is more than discovering these primates in the wild. It teaches visitors about the ecosystem of Kyambura Gorge's atmospheric underground rainforest including vegetation types, bird identification, and monkey and chimp ecology. After tracking, we will drive to Entebbe.
