Victoria Falls is a town in western Zimbabwe and a gateway to the massive waterfall of the same name. Here, Zambezi River plummets over a cliff and into the boiling pot before flowing through a series of gorges. The Devil’s Pool, a natural infinity pool, is on the edge of a sheer drop. Spanning the river is the 1905 Victoria Falls Bridge
There is something for everyone. For the adrenaline junkies, there is the wildest one-day white water rafting trip in the world, the 111-meter high bungee jump, heart-stopping gorge swings, zip lines and many more.
For the more sedate, there are river cruises, elephant encounters, rich local arts, crafts, cultural experiences, fishing, golf, safari adventures and too many others to mention. In fact, there is so much to do that it can get extremely confusing.
