The official English speaking tour guide arrives at Entebbe airport early to welcome and receive you. You will then immediately transfer to a booked guest house around Entebbe. You will settle into your lodging. Depending on your arrival time, you can choose to take a pre-tour which is # (Optional). This can be a city tour of Kampala, a trip to Mabamba wetland to search for the shoe bill, trip to the botanical gardens to see a few primates or do a boat cruise on lake Victoria to the small islands and bays. We advise you to have a restful night's sleep for tomorrow's early start.

Day 2

Rise and shine! This morning after breakfast, it's time to get in the car and leave the city behind to travel to Murchison Falls National Park. Murchison falls has roaring rapids and it is Uganda's largest National Park. You will see lions, giraffes, buffaloes, hartebeest and elephants as some of this park's main attractions and so much more. The quantity of hippos and Nile crocodiles here will undoubtedly astound you. More than 450 different bird species can be found in Murchison, including the elusive shoe bill stork, dwarf king fisher, the white thigh hornbill and the Goliath heron among others.
Visit the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary en route. While You are here, you will have one hour of Rhino tracking. You will have a stopover along the way to have lunch. On arriving, check in the accommodation and relax for the evening.

Day 3

You will have breakfast then set out for an early morning game drive over the park's rolling plains. There you will see lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffalo, and elephants. For any one with an interest in birding, this is home to bird species like the black chested snake eagle, dwarf king fisher and secretary birds among others. You will return to your accommodation for lunch.
After lunch, you'll go for a boat cruise at the base of Murchison falls, where you will also be able to catch sights of some animals including hippos and crocodiles and several water birds. You will then return to your accommodation and relax in the evening.

Day 4

After breakfast this morning, its time to drive to top of the Murchison falls for an ultimate thrill where the Nile water compresses into a narrow gorge down through a 7 meter canyon forming a thunderous roar and a beautiful rainbow. After taking your last spectacular view of the falls, you will depart Murchison Falls for Kibale Forest National Park.
Kibale National Park is famous for chimpanzee trekking, contains one of Uganda's most beautiful and diverse tracts of tropical forest in Uganda. You will be travelling southwest along the Albertine Escarpment of the great Western Rift Valley, taking in the sights of traditional homesteads and farms in this lush country side. You may take packed lunch or have lunch along the drive. The Murchison-Kibale drive takes about 7 to 8 hours depending on the weather conditions. You will arrive in the evening, check in your accommodation, enjoy your dinner and rest.

Day 5

This day will be filled with serious primate business. Kibale National Park is home to the highest number of primate species in the world including chimpanzees. Approximately 1,500 chimpanzees live in this park, making it an ideal location for sightings! In the morning, an experienced ranger will take you for chimp tracking. The activity begins early in the morning with a briefing on the rules of trekking the chimps followed by a search for them in the forest. You will be allowed one hour in their presence once you locate them. Return to the lodge for lunch before departing for Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will arrive in the evening and spend the night at your booked accommodation.

Day 6

This day will include a game drive and a boat trip on Kazinga Channel. You will go out for a game drive through the park in the morning. Enjoy magnificent views of the plains, valleys, and wild animals including reedbucks, bushbucks, kobs, warthogs, elephants, lions, buffaloes among others. Return to the lodge for lunch before getting ready to go on a 2-hour afternoon boat trip on the Kazinga Channel to see animals like crocodiles, elephants and hippopotamus. Afterwards you will go back to the lodge to relax, have dinner and sleep.

Day 7

After breakfast, you will depart for Bwindi impenetrable National park via the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is famous for its tree climbing lions. If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the jungle's king and queens high on the trees. The view will be spectacular! Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda is a large habitat for mountain gorillas; housing an estimated 400 mountain gorillas- roughly half of the worlds population, including several habituated groups, that can be tracked. Its mist-covered hillsides are covered by one of Uganda's oldest and most biologically diverse rainforests, which dates back over 25,000 years and is home to nearly 400 species of plants. With a long day ahead of you, you will do little on arrival except check in your accommodation and relax before beginning your Bwindi gorilla trekking adventure the next day.

Enter the gorilla sanctuary for your adventure after an early breakfast and a briefing by a ranger guide. This rain forest is breathtakingly beautiful! The area has a dramatic steeply forested landscape and is extremely dense, but it is crisscrossed by numerous animal trails that allow tourists access. The time and terrain vary according to the movements of these magnificent primates. When you find a gorilla group, you will be allowed to spend an hour with them. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Return to the accommodation to have lunch. If time and energy permit, you may take an #(Optional) community walk following the gorilla tracking or simply relax. Enjoy your evening, dinner, and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 9
Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

On this day, you will have breakfast before heading to lake Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi is surrounded by lush, green terraced hills that rise to a height of (2000m - 2478m), but its the 29 hills of varying shapes and sizes that are scattered across the water that make it most magical. You could spend the entire day admiring them. You'll relax after the long drives from the previous days. You can #(Optional at extra cost) do Batwa/pygmy experience, bike cycling, canoeing or kayaking on the lake if you choose. Your tour guide will arrange the activity on site.

Day 10
Return to Entebbe Airport
Return to Entebbe Airport
Today is the last day of the tour, so prepare to say goodbye to your new friends if any before departing for your return journey to Entebbe Airport. Expect an en route lunch and a stop at the Uganda Equator line mark to take memorable photos and possibly buy some African art pieces. Arrive at the airport in the late afternoon/early evening to catch your next journey back home or anyother program.
