Today on arrival at the Airport, a representative of Kagera Safaris will be eagerly waiting to receive you and transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. You will then check in to your hotel and rest, waiting to start your Uganda safari early the next day.

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park Via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Have an early breakfast and depart for Murchison Falls. The journey is a magical adventure with a stopover at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary route to track Rhinos on foot after which you will have lunch. Continue on to Murchison falls and proceed to the top of the falls where you will behold the Nile is forced through a 7-meter gorge with a thunderous fall before your very own eyes.

Game drive and Boat Safari
Murchison Falls National park is the biggest in Uganda and offers fulfilling game viewing. After an early break-fast we start the day with a game drive on the northern bank of River Nile, where we look out for giraffes, elephants, hartebeest, Buffaloes, Leopards, Lions and different bird species.
In the after-noon, the safari will continue on River Nile. The relaxed boat safari provides more opportunities for spotting a variety of animals and birds. Enjoy the falls from below also known as the ‘devils cauldron’. This kind of boat cruise only found in Uganda in the whole of Africa.

Transfer to Lake Albert
Use the morning after breakfast to take a boat safari to the Delta on River Nile, return to the lodge after this experience and leave for Lake Albert. You will need the time relaxing on the shores of Lake Albert after much activity in Murchison falls national park.

Relax at the Lodge - Explore the Community
Have a good breakfast and leave for time in the community - learning about the lives of these people and engaging in some activities according to your interest. Return in the afternoon to the lodge and enjoy the rest of the day at the lodge reading a book or swimming.

Transfer to Kibale national park
Today we depart for the home of Chimpanzee in Kibale National Park. Kibale forest is home to 13 species of primates with the main attraction being chimpanzee tracking and bird watching. The journey to this tropical forest passes villages and colorful road markets.

Chimp trekking and Bigodi Walk
Chimpanzee tracking is a fulfilling adventure that takes you deep in the tropical forests with streams of water and abundant wildlife. You will start with a briefing from the ranger guide about your chimp trek. On your trek, you might have sightings of red-tailed monkeys, black-and white Columbus monkeys, butterflies, and birds calling from the canopies. With the help of your ranger guide, you will locate the chimps. Enjoy picture moments and watch them as they play, groom, and feed.
After lunch take on the Bigodi Community Walks – a community project where you visit a swamp known for its rich diversity of birds and primates depending on the availability of time. This community project is involved in providing employment for youth through tour guiding. You also have opportunity of visiting the medicine man, weaving women, coffee experience and beer making home.

Expedition to the home of Gorillas – Bwindi
Today we start journey to the home of the gentle giants of Bwindi – Mountain gorillas. The journey takes us through the terraced hills of Kigezi highlands. Lunch will be along the way or at the lodge depending on time of arrival. Take your well-deserved rest at your hotel in the lodge.

Gorilla trekking
Mountain gorillas are true gentle giants found in Bwindi impenetrable forest and Mgahinga gorilla national park in Uganda. Bwindi impenetrable forest is abounding with life hosting species of birds, butterflies, primates, mammals, and trees.
Transfer to the briefing area where you will be divided into groups and allocated ranger guides and a gorilla family to trek. Your ranger guide will guide you while communicating with trackers to the enormous and rare mountain gorillas deep in the jungles of Bwindi. The trekking experience takes anything from a few minutes to hours to accomplish, you only have one hour with gorillas to capture your finest moment.

Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi after a relaxed breakfast. The lake derives its name from “Small Birds” that inhabit this place.
We will have a stopover for a Batwa experience. They will share a glimpse into their culture and how they are currently living versus how they lived in the forest.

Explore the Lake Bunyonyi area
Take on a canoe ride to see and learn about the different islands. Each island has a fascinating story to it as shared by the local guide.
After the canoe ride, you can spend the after noon at the lodge relaxing, read a book or take a walk in the village.

Transfer to Lake Mburo
Transfer to the tranquil Lake Mburo national park, the smallest of the savannah national parks in Uganda, enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way. Have a short stopover at the Igongo cultural museum after which you proceed to the park.
Depending on the weather and arrival time, you will first check in to your lodge or go straight for a boat ride on Lake Mburo.

To Jinja - The River Nile
After breakfast, have a nature walk among the wildlife in Lake Mburo national park. After this experience, start the drive to Entebbe with a stopover at the Equator monument for pictures and craft shopping. Arrive at your lodge for the much needed rest.

White Water Rafting
The Nile is the longest river in the world with its source in Jinja off Lake Victoria ending up in the Red Sea. Today you will spend the day on the waters of River Nile rafting. You will first have a short training with your rafting leader before starting the rafting adventure. Depending on your interest you can choose to hit the rapids and flip over or choose are more less adventure trip. You will have a stop over for lunch and end with a barbecue.
