Johannesburg to Greater Kruger National Park & Sunset Game Drive

We'll depart from OR Tambo International Airport at 7:00 am. As you travel out of the bustling city, the scenery changes into various vistas of farmlands and bushveld. The total transfer will be about 6 hours in duration, including various stops along the way. At the Three Bridges Restaurant, you will meet the nDzuti staff for a short transfer to our Bush Camp.

After being checked in by our friendly staff, you will enjoy a light lunch served in the shaded garden area.

This afternoon, you will set off on an exciting 3-hour game drive in an open 4X4 safari vehicle, ready to encounter roaming wildlife. A special sundowner awaits, before travelling back to the bush camp by the light of a handheld spotlight.

After coffee and tea at sunrise, you will embark on a full-day game drive in Kruger National Park, visiting Orpen and Letaba Rest Camps. Your mode of transport for today is a double cab 4X4 or minibus. The journey to Orpen Gate is about 1.5 hours. You will be required to pay the conservation fees at the Kruger entrance gate, priced at ZAR 460.00 per person.

After some exploration, your guide will stop at one of the park’s many scenic spots to enjoy a picnic-style breakfast.

The journey in the park takes us through many different vegetation types, bringing about a variety of birds, reptiles, and mammals to observe in each unique habitat. At noon, your guide will stop at Letaba Camp, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch (on your own account) at the camp’s restaurant.

Morning Game Drive (incl short bush walk) & Afternoon Game Drive

Just after sunrise, we'll meet at the campfire for a fresh cup of coffee or tea, served with a snack to break your morning fast. We will leave camp for a 3-hour morning game drive.

The Maseke section of Balule Game Reserve is well known for its many elephant herds and excellent lion sightings. Forming part of an Orpen system with the Greater Kruger, this reserve allows for the free movement of wildlife across great distances. We'll return to the camp for a delicious breakfast to fill your tummy after the game drive.

After breakfast, enjoy some leisure time spent in the privacy of your tented room, or in the common lounging areas of the camp. Guests can also enjoy a cool down in the splash pool.

A light lunch will be served at about mid-day.

In the late afternoon, you will gear up for another exhilarating afternoon game drive, with a stop for some sundowners. Thereafter, you will set out on a brief evening game drive back to the bush camp, where dinner will be served in the boma.
