Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast from your accommodation in Arusha (07:30 AM), depart with your picnic lunch boxes to Lake Manyara National Park well known for the tree-climbing lions for the full-day game drive and photography, there are a number of fascinating tourist attractions that can be explored within the under-grounding water forest of Lake Manyara National Park. Lunch will be taken in the noon at 01:30 PM and later advance with the game drive till evening.

The Park is well known for the tree climbing lions, and the soda lake attracts thousands of pink flamingos, after an extensive game viewing, you will be driving back to your accommodation in Karatu for your dinner and overnight stay waiting for the crater tour on the following day.

Ngorongoro Crater with a drive back to Arusha

You'll start with breakfast at 06:30 AM to another must-see destination in Tanzania is the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, located in northern Tanzania. Thought to be the result of a volcanic explosion, this fertile valley is one the most beautiful natural wildlife safari destinations in the world and has even been named one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders.

The enclosed nature of the crater has created an ecosystem all of its own, resulting in some of the best opportunities to spot game. It also has the densest known population of lions. Buffalo, elephants, leopards, and rhinos can also be seen here, in addition to a host of other well-loved African classics like the ostrich, zebra, cheetah, wildebeest, gazelle, and even hippos, after the extensive game viewing in the crater, we will drive back to Arusha at 04:30 PM for a drop off at the hotel, if you're having a flight we'll schedule another time.
