Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be welcomed by our representative who will take you into a waiting vehicle and transfer you to the Hotel in Moshi to rest, you may choose to relax at the hotel or explore the Moshi town You will have a preliminary talk for your Safari program in the following days.

Day 2

Moshi Hotel- Arusha National Park

Depart after breakfast to Arusha National Park, take a walk in the forest surrounding Mount Meru, escorted by an armed ranger, and make a visit to Momela lakes in search of water birds. Some of the interesting species are Hartlaub's turaco, Silvery cheeked hornbill, White starred robin, Montane white eye, Waller's starling, White-fronted bee-eater, Tropical boubou, Crowned eagle, Mountain buzzard, Maccoa duck, Little grebe, Greater cormorant, Grey heron, Little Egret, White-eared barbet, Narina's trogon.

After breakfast, your driver guide will be waiting for you outside at 7 am, he will help you pack your bags and lunch boxes. Drive to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival at the park, you will be led on a tour by our guide who is a bird specialist. Amongst interesting species you may see today: Red and yellow barbet, Ashy Starling, Violet tipped courser, Heuglin's Courser, Orange-bellied parrot, Yellow-collared lovebird, Red & yellow barbet, Red-billed quelea, Mottle throated spine tail, Abyssinian Scimitar bill, Beautiful sunbird, Greater honey guide, African Hawk-eagle, Black shouldered kite, Black-chested snake eagle, Brown snake eagle, saddle bill stork, Goliath heron, Great white egret.

Tarangire Park - Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast. Visit the lake by car and take a walking safari on the Rift Valley Escarpment. Lake Manyara National Park lies at the foot of the Great Rift Valley and is only 330 square km with most of its surface underwater. The park's interest lies in its diversity of habitats: Groundwater, forest, acacia woodland, and the alkaline lake, and is famous for the tree-climbing habits of its lions. The park's bird list covers 380 species. Amongst interesting species you may see: Lilac-breasted roller, Rough breasted roller, European bee-eater, Dusky turtle dove, Palm-nut vulture, Egyptian vulture, Spur-winged plover, Madagascar pratincole, Chestnut banded plover, Purple crested Turacco, Taita fiscal, Southern black flycatcher, Silvery cheeked hornbill, Red bill hornbill, Grey hornbill, Ground hornbill, Crested guinea fowl, Black-winged stilt, African spoonbill, Egyptian goose. Ping-backed pelican, cattle egret, yellow-red billed stock, and Marabou stork.

Depart after breakfast to the Highlands of Ngorongoro conservation area. Full-day game drive viewing as many of "the big 5" as possible in the Crater. Today there will also be a walking safari in the forest in search of forest birds. Amongst interesting species, you may see: Mountain greenbul, Paradise flycatcher, Dusky flycatcher, White eye slaty flycatcher, tropical boubou, Augur buzzard, Black saw the wing, Grey-capped warbler, Black kite, Red knobed coot, Avocet, Anteater chat, Baglafecht weaver, Hunter's cisticola, Red-rumped swallow, Montane nightjar, Schalows Turaco, Scaly Francolin, Golden-winged sunbird, Mountain yellow eye, grey heron, secretary bird.

This is where the famous Migration of Wildebeest, Zebra, and other antelopes takes place. Two days were devoted to this visit to the Park and its different habitats by 4WD car.
