Day 1

Welcome to Kenya! A Let's Venture Africa Safaris representative will pick you, safari briefing followed by introductions to your tour /driver guide.
Start your scenic drive to Masai Mara (approximately 5-6 hours), passing through the Great Rift Valley and beautiful landscapes. Arrive in Masai Mara and check-in to your lodge or camp. After freshening up, enjoy a relaxing lunch. Later in the afternoon you will head out for your first game drive in the reserve. This afternoon safari offers the chance to spot wildlife like lions, zebras, and giraffes, while the evening light provides perfect photographic opportunities. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2

Game Drives at the Mara River

Today, your African dream about Masai Mara comes true! You will have breakfast at your lodge and then leave for a full-day game-viewing drive inside the park. You will have a picnic lunch along the Mara River and continue your game drive. Later, at around 16hrs, you will return to your camp. You may visit the Maasai village (optional) to learn about the African culture. This activity is usually at a small fee of around USD 20, payable directly to the Maasai villagers. Relax, have dinner, and enjoy your overnight stay.

Day 3

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park

Today, after breakfast, you’ll have a leisurely morning at the lodge, as there’s no morning game drive in Masai Mara. This gives you some extra time to relax, enjoy the surroundings, or take in the views before your journey to Lake Nakuru.
In the late morning, check out from the lodge and begin the 5-hour drive to Lake Nakuru. The journey passes through more scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. You’ll have a lunch break along the way before arriving in Nakuru in the afternoon. Once you check into your lodge, you can relax or take a short walk around the area.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru National Park - Naivasha Basin

Lake Nakuru National Park - Naivasha Basin

After an early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. This drive gives you a chance to see the park’s famous flamingos, rhinos, and other wildlife, such as giraffes, buffaloes, and antelopes. After the drive, return to your lodge for a light lunch and check out.
Next, begin the 1.5-hour drive to Lake Naivasha, arriving by lunchtime.
In the afternoon, you have the option to take an optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha (extra cost), where you can see hippos, birds, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the lake. Alternatively, you can visit Crescent Island for a walking safari among the wildlife.

Day 5

Hells Gate National Park - Amboseli National Park

You will have breakfast at your lodge before heading to Hell’s Gate National Park, just a short distance from Lake Naivasha. Hell’s Gate is one of the few parks in Kenya where you can walk or bike among wildlife. You will then drive south to Amboseli National Park, where upon arrival you will check into your lodge in the late afternoon. The drive can be long, so after settling in, you’ll enjoy dinner at your lodge and have the evening to relax and rest. This is a great time to take in the stunning Mount Kilimanjaro views (weather permitting) and unwind after a day of travel.

On Day 6, enjoy a full day game drive in Amboseli National Park, which is known for its large herds of elephants and breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro. The park’s wetlands and savannahs provide excellent wildlife sightings, including elephants, lions, cheetahs, zebras, and a wide variety of bird species. Lunch will be enjoyed at your lodge or as a picnic in the park. In the late afternoon, return to your camp for dinner and another overnight stay.
