Day 1

Dar es Salaam to Mikumi

Dar es Salaam to Mikumi

In the morning, our driver guide will pick you up from Dar es Salaam or Nyerere International Airport and drive you to Mikumi National Park (6 hours). You will arrive at the camp, check in and have some rest. Then, you will leave for a sunset experience and a Maasai boma village tour to enjoy their dancing, Maasai clothing and story-telling. Return for dinner and overnight at Mikumi Bastian Camp.

After breakfast, with a picnic lunch from the camp, enjoy a game drive inside Mikumi National Park. Take your lunch in the afternoon and proceed with the game drive. Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay at Mikumi Bastian Camp.
