Table Mountain, Beaches & the Cape Winelands
Stepping off the plane at Cape Town International Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our representative and driven to the Cape Grace. Your accommodation is a beautifully appointed Luxury Room in this award-winning hotel, set on its own private quay in the V&A Waterfront.
Over the next few days we’ll show you the best that Cape Town has to offer. We've included a private guided tour of the Cape Peninsula down to Cape Point’s cliffs and the penguins at Boulder’s Beach. Another morning, you’ll be picked up at the Cape Grace and taken on a full-day cheese, wine and chocolate tour; visiting some of the Cape’s top wine estates.
Other highlights of your Cape Town stay include a cable car trip to the top of Table Mountain and ferry ride to Robben Island. What’s more, staying in the Waterfront puts you within strolling distance of fine dining restaurants, cafes and craft markets.

Day 5-6
Contemporary Luxury Upstream of Victoria Falls
Contemporary Luxury Upstream of Victoria Falls
A private transfer takes you to Cape Town Airport in good time for your flight to Victoria Falls. Here, your accommodation is Matetsi River Lodge, set in an exclusive wildlife concession upstream of the Falls. This lodge has a modern feel and exquisite, spacious suites with Zambezi River views. Service is excellent and so is the food.
Matetsi lies about an hour’s drive from Victoria Falls. A guided tour takes you to the Zimbabwe side of this thundering waterfall, the largest sheet of falling water in the world! There’s plenty to do around the Falls: scenic helicopter or microlight flips, white-water rafting and high tea at the grand old Victoria Falls Hotel (to name but a few).
Back at Matetsi, you have the option of guided game drives in the private reserve, and Zambezi River cruises past pods of hippo and large crocodiles.

Luxurious Tented Camp in Botswana’s Linyanti
In the morning you’re driven to Kasane Airport in Botswana (roughly 70km away) for your flight to the Linyanti Region. Here you’ll be staying at King’s Pool, where 9 luxurious thatch and canvas rooms each open onto their own veranda and private plunge pool with gorgeous lagoon views.
Game viewing in the Linyanti Region is on a par with its better-known neighbour, Chobe National Park. Unlike Chobe, however, the Linyanti is a private wildlife concession so you’re guaranteed an exclusive safari experience with hardly another vehicle in sight. Go on game drives in search of elephant, lion, leopard and the endangered wild dog.
You also have the option of guided safari walks, night game drives to find some of the less-seen nocturnal animals, scenic helicopter flights and sundowners on the Queen Silvia barge along the Linyanti River (when water levels allow). The birding is outstanding too!

A light aircraft flight takes you from King's Pool to Vumbura Plains Camp, in a private concession bordering game-packed Moremi Reserve. The game viewing in this region of the Okavango Delta really is exceptional, and it's known in particular for predator sightings - from lion to wild dog!
Vumbura Plains is a stylish camp, where every detail has been luxuriously taken care of. Each suite has both indoor and outdoor showers, as well as a personal plunge pool and private ‘sala’ (perfect for afternoon naps). The bedroom leads onto a sunken lounge, with floor-to-ceiling window on three sides opening up to the wide floodplain views
Game viewing activities include morning and afternoon game drives, mokoro safaris, boating and nature walks. You also have the option to take to the skies in a hot air balloon, floating over the delta plains (extra cost).

Day 11-12
Meerkats & the Makgadikgadi Pans
Meerkats & the Makgadikgadi Pans
A charter flight takes you south to Central Botswana and the Kalahari Desert for your stay at Jack’s Camp. Set in an oasis of palm trees on the edge of the moon-like Makgadikgadi Pans, Jack’s has the feel of a 1940s safari camp with Persian rugs, paraffin lanterns and 4-poster canopied beds.
The saltpans of Makgadikgadi stretch out towards the horizon. Quad bikes take you deep into this surreal landscape where the sunsets are nothing short of spectacular. During the wet season herds of zebra and wildebeest graze the grasslands; springbuck, gemsbok and brown hyena are often seen but the real stars of the show are the sociable meerkats.
Staying at Jack’s Camp you also have the opportunity to spend time with the Zu/’hoasi Bushmen; to learn about their traditional hunting methods, tracking skills and uses of medicinal plants.
