Day 2

After being transferred from the airport to Buffaloe Lodge, on the second day, you will wake up early in the morning to start visiting Queen Elizabeth National Park for a game drive. You will try to see the Big Five animals and other different species of wildlife. Then, you'll go back to the hotel to have lunch and spend another day in the same hotel.

On the third day, you will wake up in the morning to have breakfast. Then, you'll leave the hotel at 9:00 a.m. and drive around for 4 hours to get there in Kigali. After crossing the border of Gatuna, you will take a short break to prepare the next day for a nature walk.

As you spend the night in Kigali city, you will wake up early in the morning precisely to leave the hotel at 5:30 am and drive 4 hours to reach at Nyungwe National Park office. Then, you'll get a briefing before you start your nature walk to explore and experience the panoramic view of the rainforest and meet with some species of primates along the trail.

As you spend a night on an antecedent day in Rwanda, you will wake up early in the morning to leave the hotel at 5:30 a.m. to drive 2 hours before you reach the Rusizi border. Then, you'll cross after migration checks and continue driving for another hour to reach Kahuzi-Biega National Park for lowland gorilla trekking. After your day activity, you will come back to spend a night in Bukavu city.

On the morning of the sixth day of our tour, you will wake up as usual, to have breakfast and leave the hotel at 9:00 a.m. You will drive 5 hours to reach Bujumbura by crossing the land border of Gatumba. You will have your lunch at the Roca Golf Hotel and spend a night there.

Bujumbura City Tour and Rusizi National Park

After having your breakfast, you will leave the hotel at 7:00 a.m. to tour Bujumbura city including Independence Pace, Unity Monuments, and Living Museum. You will come back to the hotel to have lunch. At 3:00 p.m. you will go to Rusizi National Park to visit its biodiversity.

You will wake up early in the morning and the hotel at 5:00 a.m. to drive for 3 hours before you reach Rumonge to visit the natural hot water of Magara and the famous sightseeing which is the southernmost source of Nil monument. Afterward, you will go back to the hotel for your lunch and spend the night there.

On that ninth day, you will wake up early in the morning to have breakfast and you'll leave the hotel at 5:30 a.m. You'll drive two hours before reaching the border of Burundi and Tanzania. After migration checks, you will continue to drive for 30 minutes to reach Lake Tanganyika to take you in Gombe National Park by boat for trekking different primates species hosted there. After exploring the beauty of the park, you will come back to Kigoma to spend one night.

Day 10

You will wake up early and leave the hotel at 7:00 a.m. to visit Karera and Mwishanga Waterfalls in Rutana Province. After crossing the border of Burundi and Tanzania, you will continue to visit the famous faults called Nyakazu faults which have been used by German soldiers during the Second World War. After that, you will continue to Gitega to have lunch. At 3:00 p.m., you will go to entertain the Burundi culture in the Gishora Drummer Sanctuary. Then, you'll go back to the hotel to spend a night.
Day 11

On that last day of your tour, you will wake up in the morning as usual to have breakfast. Then, you'll leave the hotel at 9:00 a.m. to drive 3 hours to Bujumbura. During the afternoon, you will take a short tour to buy souvenirs and go back to your hotel to prepare to go home.
