Day 1

Johannesburg to Sabi Sands

Johannesburg to Sabi Sands

We leave on your Kruger and Sabi Sand Safari from Johannesburg (pick-up only at OR Tambo or it’s nearby Hotels and Central Sandton). Pick-up is early: 6 - 8 am, in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Any time transfers are available at extra cost. A 6 to 7 hour drive will amaze you when entering the scenic Lowveld. Keep your cameras ready.

Guests can be picked up & dropped off from Skukuza (nearest) or Nelspruit Airport between 12h00 & 13h30pm.

You will go out on your first Sunset to Night Game Drive (in a sided open vehicle) after settling into your en-suite tent at Sabi Sand. This game drive will showcase spectacular African Wildlife at night. (Children under 6 years of age are not permitted on open vehicle drives).

A dinner that meets your dietary requirements is served after the thrilling sunset drive, in the outdoor boma under the stars (where a campfire awaits) or in the dining area. Guests can quench their thirst with some pre-dinner drinks around the romantic fire.

Day 2

Kruger Park Game Drives

Kruger Park Game Drives

You will kick the day off early morning with tea or coffee before departing on the morning drive to the Kruger National Park, were you will be viewing wild animals and be in search of the Big 5
.
When you return from the morning drive, brunch will be served at the Luxury Tented Camp. In the afternoon you can leisure around, swim, nap in your air-conditioned tent or walk around the campgrounds. A light lunch is served before you go on an exciting afternoon game drive in Kruger Park, where you are welcome to take photos and ask the game rangers questions, about Kruger’s wildlife and plants.

When you return back to the camp for dinner and drinks around the campfire, stories about different species can be shared, relaxing under the night sky while listening to the amazing sounds of animals.

A early wake-up call gets the day started. Enjoy a refreshing tea or coffee before departing on a game viewing walk in Sabi Sand Reserve, where you will be given insightful information (by our game rangers) about plants and animals of the area, while walking through this Big 5 Game Park is truly an exhilarating adventure! The guided walk takes you deep into the bush, where chance wildlife encounters include coming face-to-face with wild animals.

When you return from the exciting game walk, brunch will be served. In the afternoon you can leisure around, swim, nap in your air-conditioned tent or walk around the campgrounds. A light lunch is served before you go on an exciting afternoon to sunset game drive

We start the day with an exciting morning game drive in Kruger Park proper, after a refreshing cup of tea or coffee. You'll have the opportunity to take great photographs, while sighting some of the wildlife of Kruger.

When you return from the drive, brunch will be served. In the afternoon you can leisure around, swim, nap in your air-conditioned tent or walk around the campgrounds. A light lunch is served before you go on an exciting afternoon game drive in Kruger National Park.

You are sure to enjoy a variety of sightings on our drive, as Kruger Park is home to array of flora and fauna. Species incl. 336 different trees, over 500 species of birds, an impressive 147 mammals & 114 reptiles. This South African game park even hosts 34 species of amphibians and 49 fish species!

When you return back to the camp for dinner and drinks around the campfire, stories about your sightings can be shared, relaxing under the night sky and listen to the amazing sounds of African wildlife.

Sabi Sands to Johannesburg via the Panorama Route

After breakfast you travel back to Johannesburg via the Panorama route, where a spectacular mountain scenery and picturesque regions awaits you. Sights include Gods Window, Lisbon Falls and lunch in Graskop (own expense).

We will have you back in Johannesburg between 17h00 and 18h00 pm.

When flying from Nelspruit or Skukuza Airport your flight needs to leave after 14h30pm. (Included: Breakfast).
