Starting with the booking itself, Safari Gates team handled our requests so well. They were quick to give us all information we needed to make our decisions. Our 7day safari started with an itinerary briefing from Dave, he also introduced our guide Joe and we were set to go. Joe made sure that all our expectations were were met.
