Absolutely brilliant experience from Image Travel Ltd. Jasan who was our safari guide was very keen to make sure we got to see and experience the animals we wanted to see. Made the extra effort to spot the animals, spoke to other safari guides on the radio to know where the big cats or elephants were last sighted. Was always on time to pick us up and took great care of us. Very friendly and always eager to help.

Even at the booking stage Image Travel ltd was very prompt in responding by email, answering all our questions and made the booking process very efficient.

Made our trip extremely memorable.

Mwanje has been very professional, responsive and flexible to accommodate to our needs.

Very fast and value added reply to emails with clear and structured communication.

Very flexible to adjust to changes - including last moment changes when we had to delay our trip by a day last minute.

Reliable and professional.

There’s been a slight issue with the lodge demanding a room upgrade and I would have wished Mwanje would flag this a bit (a couple of weeks) earlier to us - came a bit of a last minute surprise.

Beyond this - we’ve had a great trip. Thank you Mwanje for great work!

This tour absolutely blew my expectations out of the water, which I didn’t think was possible. The tour guide Jasan was super knowledgable during the tour, very friendly and chatty, and would recommend him as driver to absolutely anybody.

The value for money for the entire tour I felt was brilliant, accommodations were comfortable, reliable transport from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru park and then to the Maasai Mara national park. Overall, the experience couldn’t have been better, thanks in park to Jasan.

4 day safari in Lake Nakaru and Masai Mara

Just finished a 4 day safari through Image Travel limited in the lake Nakuru and masai mara. Group of 6 and our guide was Jasan

Accommodation was exceptional and perfectly suited to our group. Food was great too! Great value for money on the trip overall.

The game drives were amazing, got to see all the animals we wanted and more! From driving in a herd of elephants to seeing a family of lions feast on a poor buffalo, lake Nakuru and Masai Mara gave us everything you could want on a safari.

Visiting the Masai village on the last day was an incredible experience I would recommend to anyone doing a safari in the Masai Mara. For a small fee you get to go into the village, be shown around and see traditional dances and rituals.

Star of our trip however, was our guide Jasan who was exceptional throughout. Really passionate and knowledgeable about everything to do with lake Nakuru and Masai Mara. Any question we had on the animals, fauna, history or local tribes, he was able to answer with great detail. Also a fantastic driver on the tricky terrains and great fun to be around!

I would recommend this to anyone considering it, great experience.
