VACATION OF A LIFETIME

We have just returned having spent a month in South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe. We first connected with Kerry Ririe at Pembury Tours in 2019 - however Covid happened and all was delayed till July 2024. Fortunately Kerry was still available and instrumental in updating our Dream
Trip. Kerry organized all our Safaris, all accommodation's, flights, transfers, car rentals and even the entertainment. All keeping within our budget! And to our complete surprise she even credited us with monies lost from cancelling our trip in 2020. She was amazing. 5 star plus service - always available, by phone, WhatsAPP, or email. She was extremely attentive to all details, our wishes and questions. Concerns were
always easily resolved and her many suggestions were invaluable. Kerry customized an amazing itinerary for us which worked seamlessly. In hindsight I would NOT change anything. Kerry at Pembury Tours was exceptional. Most importantly she was truly interested that we have our VACATION OF A LIFETIME. We definitely did. Thank you Kerry from Michael, Franca and Julien! (We hope to use her services again)

Kerry went out of her way to make our trip special .
Kambaku was a wonderful experience . The guides were wonderful and we loved that they sat with us at dinner . Food was very good and accomodation of a high standard .

We knew nothing about Africa except it had animals. Our trip was totally planned for us by Tammy. We trusted her completely. It was a fantastic trip. It was like she knew us personally. Our accommodations were 4-5 star. The activities planned were led by expert guides who were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We felt like we were with family. Africa is a beautiful place. The people are so welcoming. If we could give a 10 star rating we would. You will have the time of your life. Thank you Tammy and your team! God bless your continued success!

A trip of a lifetime planned through Pembury Tours

Kerry planned our honeymoon trip to South Africa last June and it really was a trip of a lifetime! We got in touch with her on recommendation from a friend and it was the best thing that we could have done. She took on board all of our preferences and made the whole thing stress-free which was amazing. Although we packed a lot into our 2 weeks, our itinerary was well paced and we were never exhausted. All our transfers were arranged by Kerry which worked out seamlessly. The tours that she recommended and tour guides were really brilliant. Usually tours can be hit and miss but we couldn't fault a single one. We experienced amazing food, culture and stayed in wonderful accommodation which really suited our needs. She had let our accommodation know that we were honeymooners so there was complimentary prosecco at all stops! :) We have recommended Kerry to several people already looking to plan trips to South Africa and hope to explore more of Africa in the future through Kerry.

Great ideas and constantly helpful

This was the second trip Kerry has organised for us and we were delighted again. She made great recommendations where we needed them, and happily supported aspects of the trip where we were making our own plans within a larger group. Overall our arrangements were somewhat complex and changeable, and Kerry was unfailingly helpful, and patient, in helping us manage everything. Her involvement made us feel supported and comfortable throughout and we are very grateful.
