Excellent Company and Staff
Booked a family holiday in South African, Botswana and Namibia with Megan from Discover Africa. I cannot praise them highly enough. Everything was spot on from the day we booked. What was surprising to me most Travel Companies book and forget but not Megan or Discover Africa. I regularly had emails and when it came to our trip a bon voyage they were amazing. The Hotels and lodges were beautiful and service second to none. I am from the UK and been travelling to the African sub continent twice a year since 1994. This is by far the best company i have ever dealt with. Trust me call or email and leave it to the 10star+. Well done all of you.

Perfect arrangements & Fast Service
We spent 10 days in SA going around many places in Dec'16. Every aspect was arranged perfectly and went really smooth. Our flight to CapeTown was very delayed and our pickup vehicle couldn't find us but the attention provided to us through customer service was really quick & professional and we got our pickup arranged in no time. Our special thanks to the Megan & Matthys for taking special care in suggesting the best ones considering our 2 young boys and our group of 8. Even though we have travelled across the world quite a lot we wanted to go with private guided tour this time and i should say we got the best guides from HiltonRoss arranged by DiscoverAfrica team during our CapeTown stay. The whole trip was very memorable just because of the people part of Discover Africa group.

Discover Africa - Fantastic Private Tour - trip of a lifetime!
We were two couples looking for private tour arrangements and, after considering multiple consultants, decided on Discover Africa as our consultant. Our trip to Africa was extraordinarily designed and managed, from the route, travel arrangements and tour guides, to the time spent in each location. All travel arrangements went perfectly, including the fantastic tours and hotels. We asked our consultant, Megan Warrington, for high end accommodations which were not that much more costly than the next level down, worth every penny and more!!! Thank you Megan and Discover Africa for your well chosen arrangements and vendor partners. Our very high expectations were far exceeded.....Trip of a lifetime!

Trip of a Lifetime (Cape Town, Kruger Area, Victoria Falls)
Megan and Discover Africa did an amazing job helping us plan our trip. During the trip we kept thinking man are we glad that we didn't have to think about planning that. We booked over 16 months prior to our trip and were planning 3 months prior to that. Any and all questions were answered in a timely manner, any accommodations that we asked for were planned, shuttles were on time. Basically everything that one would ask for from a safari operator we received. Also we had a snafu with luggage and flight delay getting out of the US that we called on the day of and they took care of everything on the backend to a new hotel we needed, to letting our hotel know we wouldn't be there, to telling our rental car company that we wouldn't be there. We are already talking about returning to South Africa in the future, and we will be calling Discover Africa again to help us book!

Spectacularly Customized Honeymoon Experience with Discover Africa
Discover Africa was the only tour operator I reached out to who wanted to have a Skype conversation to get to know more and my husband & my tastes and preferences. Megan Warrington was wonderful to work with - she crafted our activities and accommodations to our requests and everything went very smoothly while we were on the trip. She was very prompt at answering many of our questions leading up to the trip, and she made a few changes we wanted very easily.

Amazingly diverse safaris in Botswana - first by boat then by jeep - doesn't get any better!
After shopping around for a couple of months, Discover Africa was the one who had the most diverse options for the price. Megan Warrington always responded quickly and was professional and patient with my endless questions. Discover Africa teamed up with some wonderful tour providers who were truly dedicated to providing the best possible experience for their clients. A Most Memorable Adventure
We could not have been more pleased with "Discover Africa." Our agent, Megan W, was knowledgeable, accommodating and highly responsive. She asked pertinent questions, listened carefully to our needs, then organized a personalized tour- the likes of which we will long remember.
Megan called our journey the "Amazing South African Adventure." Indeed, it was. From the Chobe Game Lodge in Botswana, the Cape Grace Hotel in Capetown, the Rovos Rail from Capetown to Pretoria, the Fairlawns Boutique Hotel, just outside Johannesburg, and the Okavanga Camp in the Okavango Delta, Megan booked first-class accommodations at the most interesting places. No less significant, she ensured we were met at every stop, then whisked away to top-notch adventures.
I've recommended "Discover Africa" to two friends, already and will surely use them again, when the next call to Africa beckons.
