Exellent guide
The agency answered all our questions very fast. The safari was good but the lodges we had booked could be better, but you get whar you pay for. It would have been easier to chise lodges if you had got the lodges webpaiges instead of trying to find them yourself.
Our driver Ken was very good at spotting the animals, tell tus about them and an exellent driver. We felt very secure both with him and the van

Amazing Safari Dec 17
We have booked 3 nights/4 days safari with Mwema to Amboseli, Taita Hills & Tsavo East. Simon helped us plan the perfect safari, he is very helpful, professional & responsive. Our guide Getonga was super amazing, fun & very knowledgeable. We have seen giraffes, zebras, elephants, cheetas, hippos, a group of 14 lions & cubs and many more!!

Simon (the contact person in Mwema Africa Safaris) was very responsive and helped us plan an amazing safari trip, he is very helpful, professional & friendly. Our tour guide Getonga was ALWAYS on time, super friendly & very knowledgeable. In the safari trip we have spotted almost all the expected animals; giraffes, zebras, elephants, cheetas, hippos, a lot of lions & cubs and many more!! Great Experience visiting Lake Nakuru and the Mara Reserve
Great experience. Our guide Anthony went out of his way to make sure we saw the big 5. Doing a Land Rover cost just a bit more, but really helped us get around. Liked the optional boat ride at Lake Naivasha. The Mara Reserve was awesome and the all-day Safari was an experience.

Perfect Safari experience with tailormade service!
Before I booked with Mwema Africa Safaris, I checked the review and was overwhelmed by the positive feedback. First i doubt that all was real, but my experience even exceeded the reviews!
We are two women from Switzerland and to be honest, quite challenging for Simon. We had many special requests (booked only 2 days before we came, as we work for an airline and not sure regarding flights) Simon always found a solution for us and made us a great offer. Faruk our guide was highly professional and had a great knowledge about the game drives. Even when we decided during the safari trip, that we want to change the timetable and even extend our stay in Amboseli, Simon made it happen and changed 3 hotel bookings for us! I never experienced such a tailormade service! At the end, I even forgot a bag in one of the camps: Simon was able to have it found and organized the shipping for me!

great kili climb and safari trip
Simon was very professional and helped organise our trip. He was always very responsive and supported us with booking all the different parts of our trip. He booked the Kili Climb with Zara Tours who were excellent! Abely, Emmanuel and their team from Zara Tours were brilliant, we were treated like royalty and they got us to the top of Kilimanjaro - we could never have done it without them! Highly recommend.
Our safari included 3 parks - Taragine, Serengeti and Ngororo - all fantastic and managed to see all of the big five! Our guide Goodluck was excellent - so knowledgeable and really passionate about making sure we saw all the animals - all excellent.
Simon was a great communicator - and even though we didn't meet he planned an exceptionally great trip for us!

Perfect African Safari trip thanks to Mwema Safaris !!
We had a fabulous vacation at Kenya all thanks to Mwema Safari. This was our first trip to Africa, Simon patiently answered all our questions, he customized the itinerary based on our needs, most of the more established tour companies were not willing to do that.They offered us a very fair price and gave us several options (price points) to choose from, explained properly why one price option is more than the other, shared all names of the lodges with us before booking, so we knew exactly what we were paying for, there was no uncertainty in our minds before we booked the safari.
Our tour guide was Antony, he was very knowledgable about the places, animals etc. and very friendly, he was with us for our whole trip.
On our last day at Nairobi, we wanted to have dinner at Carnivore (it is a famous exotic meat restaurant), Simon even booked us there at a discounted price :-)
