Excellent and tailored service. Tongesai was organized and acommodating to my requests in VFA!
Tongesai was communicative about any changes to the itinerary and activities for each day. The tours were often times led by other operators, but Tongesai always made the effort to make sure they tied in nicely, both schedule and activity-wise. I had 5 days and 4 nights in Victoria Falls and managed to experience a lot of what is on offer in the town and region, including a day trip to Chobe NP in Botswana, and, remarkably, a solo flight in a helicopter over the falls. The restaurants reserved for meals were of good quality and diverse. The lodge picked by Tongesai, Bayete Lodge, was excellent, a true oasis.
I would recommend communicating to Tongesai what your ideas are for the allocated time in Victoria Falls and seeing what is possible - having a local's perspective, he can allocate you to what best suits your needs and aspirations during your time there.

Tongesai was EXTREMELY responsive to emails and customized our trip exactly as we requested.
A vacation truly feels like a vacation when the only thing you have to worry about it getting yourself to the airport. From the airport pick up, to the resort, to the numerous adventures and tours, to the last minute shopping trip, and the return to the airport, everything went so smoothly. Tongesai did a great job tailoring our (way too quick 2.5 day) adventure to exactly what we wanted. Instead of doing a helicopter ride we opted for an additional day on a game drive to Chobe National Park. This also gave us some much needed time for shopping at Elephant Walk and the market. We stayed at the Bayete Resort which is a beautiful place with helpful staff and great accommodations. The pool was a nice relaxing treat for the end of adventure filled days. The Boma Dinner was so much fun, the falls were gorgeous, and it was really nice seeing the rhinos making a comeback on the Stanley and Livingstone Reserve. If you have never considered Zimbabwe a destination resort, then you must reconsider. From beginning to end, the people of Zimbabwe were some of the most friendly people I have met on the planet. Well organized tour and activities
Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours is great and highly recommended!
I provided the dates I would be traveling to Victoria Falls and Tongesai (Owner of Cultural Vibes) proposed accommodations and activities. What's great is that you can choose exactly what you want to do and you will receive a personalized itinerary. The payment process was seamless and I was emailed copies of the activity vouchers as confirmation.
When I arrived at my hotel, Tongesai met me and provided me with the activity vouchers. Pickup times for the activities were spot on and the activities exceeded my expectations. I even requested a last minute addition to my itinerary and Tongesai was able to make it happen!
Even after my trip was complete and a different vendor had not emailed me a video I was promised, Tongesai went out of his way to follow up with that vendor to ensure they finally delivered.

Our Trip Was Perfect.
Tongesai was so helpful the entire time we were planning our trip so we had high expectations and he even exceeded those. He planned out every day for us perfectly and was very timely and professional the entire time.
He was able to set up our safari, tour of the falls and tour of the devil's pool so everything was set up for us when we got there. We stayed in Zambia and he was able to provide us with seamless transfers across the border multiple times per day.

Truly magical trip with Cultural Vibes Travel
My family and I had a magical and amazing tour at Victoria Falls, thanks to Tongesai Mutematsaka at Cultural Vibes Travel and Tours based in Zimbabwe.
The trip from start to end was superb and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a Zimbabwe holiday.
Our accommodation was lovely and we saw African wildlife daily from our room and restaurant in the evening.
We were looked after by our driver and guide John Matumbura (he runs The Cyclonic Tours) every step of our trip.
We even changed our itenery while over there to see Zambia and everything was organised perfectly so we could have the holiday of our dreams.
I would say to anyone looking at Safari booking to use Culture Vibes as you will have the most amazing holiday xxx

Efficient, thoughtful, professional, excellent and helpful
Just home from a wonderful holiday at the Victoria Falls. Our holiday was arranged by Tongesai Mutematsaka of Cultural Vibes Travel and Tours based in Zimbabwe. The trip was superb. We stayed at Victoria Falls Safari Lodges and our last night at the Victoria Falls hotel. Our accommodation was very comfortable and overlooked a water hole frequented by bushbuck, impala, warthogs, monkeys and baboons. The cuisine was excellent and staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Our driver and guide John Matumbura (he runs The Cyclonic Tours) was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and made our visit a delightful occasion. Tongesai himself ensured that everything ran smoothly. Every excursion, visit or activity was first rate. Any questions or worries that we had were immediately dealt with and resolved.

Tongesai was responsive and very courteous.
We initially planned to go with another tour operator, but when we contacted Tongesai, he was very accomodative and responsive. He picked us up on time and went out of his way to make us feel at home. He even suggested very good restaurants. We had a great time and I would certainly book with Tongesai again.

Tongesai & John made our trip to Zimbabwe hassle-free and extremely enjoyable!
Tongesai was extremely helpful in our booking process for our trip to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and Hwange National Park. He took care of all the details, and created a specialized itinerary to work around all of our flight times. He even surprised us with a sunset cruise on the Zambezi for our free night. John was our driver and tour guide of the falls, and we enjoyed talking to him and learning all about Zimbabwe. We would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to plan a trip to the area.

They planned an amazing trip that captured everything we wanted to do (and more!)
I was not actively involved with the booking of the trip (my travel companion did this), but from the minute we arrived to the minute we left I was impressed with how much they were able to fit into our short trip and how seamlessly everything went. They sent us a detailed itinerary laying out where we needed to be when and where they would be taking us. Our accommodations were excellent and all of the activities that they recommended to us were exactly in line with the experiences we were looking to have. They also surprised us with a sunset river cruise when we got back to Victoria Falls after our stay near Hwange. Personally, I think the best part about working with Cultural Vibes was the guides. Not only were they very professional and friendly, but they were incredibly open in sharing their culture and local knowledge with us. The long drives to and from Hwange were not just transportation, but full conversations about the local culture, politics, animals - everything! It was amazing to get that perspective and insight.
The only complaint I have is that we were missing a few details regarding our accommdation that would have been nice to have (mainly that our stay was all inclusive!). We had no idea that all of the alcohol purchases were included, so it would've been nice to know about this beforehand. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Marvelous and efficient services provided
Tongesai, a fantastic guy who attended to every detail. He made all the best efforts for me to get to the game drive, Hwange National Park. Very cool person and has a professional approach. He also made arrangements for the Adventure activity in Zambia and escorted me personally and to the Vic Falls tour since I was alone. He took great pictures of mine at the Falls. Overall, my best experience in Africa - with the Game as well as the activity. Tongesai, a big thank you and I wish you all the very best.
