Wonderful safari in stunning Uganda
5/5

We would definitely recommend Lifetime Experience Safaris. Jesse Tom helped us put together an itinerary customised to what we wanted to see and do, and within our budget requirements. The standard of food and accommodation was fantastic (especially Isunga Lodge which was our favourite place to stay in all of Uganda). My husband and I felt very well looked after during our 6 day private safari - our guide Richard was knowledgeable and friendly and all around a lovely person. He is also a very talented photographer – if you are lucky enough to get Richard as your guide, make sure to ask to see his amazing wildlife photos!

Trully lifetime experience!!
5/5

I am experienced traveller. Uganda was my country no53 and I here has probably the best guide driver in my life. Gerard planned perfectly our time. He is very interesting person to talk, very polite and respectful person. I liked everything. Lodges were selected wisely, not to spent too much time on the road driving to national park in the morning. I felt very confident with Gerard driving even in terrible Ishasha road during all day rain.
Jesse Tom response time was perfect, same day.
I highly recommend this team to go to Uganda. Listen for them advices.
One of my best ever travels. Gorillas are the best fulfilled dream of mine.

Creating lifetime experiences at its best
5/5

I booked a 3 day safari to Murchison Falls including the visit to Rhino Sanctuary. The operator Jesse was very helpful and informed me about all I needed. My guide Karim was excellent. Experienced, informed, patient, gentle, attentive, he couldn't have been better. I must also say that I enjoyed a 100% personal service because I had the lucky coincidence to not have other co-travellers. Thanks to Karim, I never felt alone, but always taken care of. The car was good, the stops and places to eat great, the attractions (Rhino Sanctuary, Albert Nile, Murchison Falls, wildlife, manifold landscapes in the park) wonderful. My accomodation was better than I had expected (I booked a tent at Fort Murchison). Although it was a tent, there was electricity, beds, towels... and the service and food were really, really good. Not to mention the wonderful view on Albert Nile River. For me, it was absolutely worth the price for this lifetime experience!

Great itinerary and lodging with spectacular views
4/5

I chose the 5-Day Kibale Chimps & Bwindi Gorilla Trek Uganda Safari for the second leg of my African vacation. Communication during planning was excellent. On the day I arrived in Entebbe, we were going to leave directly from the airport to start the safari. The guide was late. I called him since I had been given the number, and he seemed annoyed, asking me if I had called his boss. He said he had been told that I would arrive at 6:30, when in fact it was 6. Getting through customs was easy, so I had to wait for about 30 minutes. We got on our way in any case. I had just came off a great trip in Kenya, and I found this guide to be a bit closed off. We didn't really talk much, even over lunch.

When we arrived at the first lodge, Isunga, he just dropped me off and said he would see me at breakfast. I guess the guides don't eat with the guests at this place, but I had some of my best moments on the previous safari hanging out with my guides and it would have been nice to spend a little more time with a local resident. The experiences on the treks were incredible. I would only suggest that they remove the "game drive" wording from the description regarding the passage through Ishasha. Passing through the park on the main road to Congo doesn't really constitute a game drive. The scenery in the mountains is simply incredible. My guide was opening up a bit by now (on our 3rd day together) and telling me about the crops, markets, and some of the land owners in the area. The Bakiga Lodge was beautiful, and I appreciated the briefing about their conservation and rainwater harvesting efforts to benefit the community. I was able to have meals with my guide here, and we were able to start having cordial conversations.

We had a couple of misunderstandings, but I think we had everything worked out by the end of my trip.

9 Day Rhino, Wildlife, Gorilla and Primate Safari
5/5

Lifetime Experience Safaris was a trip of a lifetime! Upon arrival at Entebbe airport Baylon met us and we were on our way. There are not enough kind words to say about Baylon. He is a wonderful person and excellent driver/guide. He knew where to go to get the best pictures of Elephants, Lions, Leopards, Hippos, Giraffes, Crocodiles, and numerous other wildlife. We started our trip at the Rhino sanctuary- and on that trek we spotted 10 Rhinos! After that we went on Murchison Falls National Park. While in Murchison NP we went on 2 Safari drives, a Nile cruise, a hike to the top of Murchison Falls! All accommodations during the 9 days were fantastic. We picked the "moderate" level for accommodations. The meals were also very good.

After Murchison NP we headed to Kibale for our Chimp trek. This was truly amazing. We then went on to Queen Elizabeth National Park for more safari drives and tree climbing lions!

The highlight of our tour was seeing the Mountain Gorillas at Bwindi. Even though it was raining we were able to see two families of Gorillas on the side of the mountain. it was truly mystical. Memories for a lifetime!

After Bwindi we stopped at Lake Mburo National Park and there we saw Zebras and Impalas, along with other wildlife.

We made a deposit on our trip via credit card. A 3% credit card fee was added on. This is done in most places in Africa because they cannot afford to absorb that fee. We paid the balance of our safari in U.S. dollars once we arrived.

Prior to the trip all email communication was done with Jesse-Tom and he always answered every email promptly. We met Jesse-Tom in Kampala for a quick cup of coffee after our arrival in Entebbe. He is a kind gracious man.

Thank you Lifetime Safaris for the BEST trip of our lives! Before this trip Uganda was just a place on a map...and now Uganda is a place in my Heart!

If anyone has questions about Lifetime Experience Safaris or traveling to Uganda please do not hesitate to contact us. We felt very safe during the entire trip.

Amazing!
5/5

Jesse Thomas was so helpful in arranging our vacation. I travelled with my friend and my 13 year old daughter.

We did a three day safari at Murchinson Falls. We stayed in a Banda at Red Chilli Rest Camp.

Our driver, Sula, was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. We felt very safe with his driving. For the game drives we also had a guide, Sam.

We were 100% happy with all services and would definitly recommend Lifetime Experience Safaris. I will be using them again when ibrerurn next year.

Thank you so much Thomas and Sula!!
