Great Family Trip in Kenya
This family Kenyan tour experience will remain as the most adventurous in our lifetime. The trip was much more than just about the wild animals. This Kenyan tour operator exactly fitted our trip to what we needed. We had the top notch accommodation with the best facilities than we expected. What was available was exactly what we needed. Fantastic Safari Experience with Gates Adventure Safaris
Starting with the booking itself, Safari Gates team handled our requests so well. They were quick to give us all information we needed to make our decisions. Our 7day safari started with an itinerary briefing from Dave, he also introduced our guide Joe and we were set to go. Joe made sure that all our expectations were were met. He made sure that the itinerary was followed and gave us more than we expected. We learnt alot from his vast experience in your guiding. The lodges were as we had booked. Memorable Safari - Beyond our Expectation
We had a wonderful end year tour with Gates Adventure Safaris (Safari Gates). Everything worked Perfect! We were very excited with friendly reception from David, who briefed us before commencing the Safari. Joseph our tour guide just did his work as we expected, the big five plus more, Joe is really experienced in his work and we got to learn a lot from him. Thank you Gates Adventure Safaris Team. Horrible, No Show No apologies
I have been communicating steadily with Safari Gates since March 2018 (after seeing an ad on safaribookings.com) regarding a one day safari to Nairobi National Park on July 18th 2018. Jose was supposed to pick us up at our Hotel on July 18th 2018 but never did. He even sent an e-mail saying he would be there 15 minutes late but he never showed up. No apologies and no reasons given. No more communication after that very cheap shot.
We are so deceived by Safari Gates that we will let many people on the internet know beginning with SafariBookings.com (service with them was always good, no blame here), a major source of clients for Safari companies and also on social medias.
To Jose @ Safari Gates, You cannot just not show up and not say a word afterwards. That is not a business option. Very poor service. Very bad move ! Stay away from them, they will never show up !

We start this with a big apology!
Its true our former office staff Jose didn't show up on pick up day. The safari was Day trip to Nairobi National Park and the pick was at the Kahama hotel in Nairobi Central business District. He communicated while in traffic along Thika road, one of major busy roads in Nairobi with heavy traffic in morning hours. He advised he would be at the hotel in 15 minutes but didn't make to the hotel in time due to heavy traffic. We sent another vehicle only to arrive 1 hour later. On arrival we were advised Jean had been picked by another operator.
We really apologize for this misfortune and also time lost and hope this will not occur again. Failure by this former staff led to disciplinary measure.

They were wonderful! We never had to worry about a thing. Excellent service!
The Tanzanian part of it was a bit too relaxed but the Kenyan part of the trip was impeccable. Wonderful guide, amazing attention to details. We will not only recommend them but also use them again when heading to the Masai Mara. Most definitely!

Great safaris in Kenya and Tanzania
We (my wife and myself)were referred by past clients of this company- Gates Adventure safaris. We requested for 10 days Kenya Tanzania combi safari . Jose was prompt and answered all our queries. He gave us the best combination and detailed information. We enjoyed the trip as per our expectations since we had the right info. Jose is the professional tour organizer and Consultants with professional manner ,he did organize our couples trips of East African National Parks and he well equipped and on punctually on replying e-mails.Yet he had been following up every night to make sure we are all in safe at news stages of saris programs.
Finally he gave us the noble humble driver guide who knew how to meet clients dreams,expectations,desires and smart land cruiser 4x4 pop up.
