Well the communication was reliable, the services were 1st class because whatever I needed I got it jst at da right time.i didn't feel like invested my money on a wrong tour anyway In general all da services offered right frm accomodations to da tour place we're okay .

Highly recommended, excellent services
They were recommended to us by a friend for a much needed family holiday for us and children and with no doubt they made our stay very memorable.
They made sure to cater for the needs of our toddlers so that everyone has a good time beautiful sights the kids just loved running around, seeing mountains and some animals for the first time was breathtaking for them. The accommodation was family friendly just can’t wait to our next visit to explore more places with A-one salaris.

Service oriented and very experienced
We used a-one safari to organize a safari to QENP. Communication with the company was excellent ( thank you Salim) and always very prompt. The safari exceeded our expectations thanks to a very good guide with excellent knowledge of the animals and where to go to find them. We had some car trouble with our first vehicle but the company was fast in resolving the problem by sending us a new vehicle.

Excellent service and safari delivered as described
Safari was exactly as described, great communication in setting up the changes we wanted, delivery was seamless and straightforward. We had input on the hotels and timing in the different locations. Gorillas were AMAZING and the park guides were extremely nice and helpful, experts in their jobs.
As with any safari, make sure you know what you want to do, as leaving it to the operator can leave you disappointed. Think through the locations you're going and how the transitions will work.
