Honest company and great guide!
We had booked and paid for a safari in Tanzania with another company, but after some major problems we were forced to find another operator. We contacted Travel Africa Safari Agency and booked a couple spots on a group tour they had leaving in a couple days. After our previous experience we were quite suspicious/nervous but they were very patient and answered all of our questions. They picked us up from the bus station in Arusha and offered us a night in their hotel before the tour and a night after. The safari itself was great. The jeep was comfortable and spacious and our guide Godfrey was the best. We visited two parks (Ngorongoro and Tarangire) and saw the Big 5 in two days. Godfrey knew exactly where to go and several times we found ourselves alone with lions or giraffe right next to the jeep. After the safari Travel Africa made sure we got to the airport for our flight and followed up with us to make sure we made it to our next destination. When doing a safari in this part of the world honesty and communication are essential and these guys know that. They tell you what they are going to do and then they do it. Friendly people and wonderful safari experience
We are a family of four with two children aged 15 and 11. We had a fabulous and memorable safari arranged by Mohamed and Carlson. David Simba was our English and French guide, he was great. We went to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater.
The accommodation was wonderful. We particularly liked the tented camps in the Serengeti where we saw an amazing range of wildlife including the 'Big 5', birds, and many other animals. David Simba was the best guide we could have wished for - he is extremely knowledgeable, a fantastic driver, and was very patient and accommodating to our family needs.
Mohamed was very helpful via email. He was quick to respond and provided various safari options until we decided which one was best for our family.
I truly recommend Travel Africa Agency to anyone traveling in Tanzania.

Amazing!
Highly recommend this safari guide company! Mohamed made us feel so special throughout the few days we’ve known him and we couldn’t have had a better experience.
Mohamed and his team will take care of you from the moment you touch down in Arusha to the time you leave. It’s a full service. From pick up to drop off. We didn’t have to think about anything and everything was taken care of. He even gave us a tour of Arusha city centre, where he helped us haggle down prices of various souvenir items

Amazing Safari
I took the five-day safari and it was amazing. I got to see so many magnificent animals (Elephants, Zebras, Lions, Cheetahs, Hippos, Giraffe, etc). Seeing the animals in their natural habit is something everyone should do at least once. Mohammed was super responsive and even picked me up and dropped me off from the airport. He arranged for Lucas to show me around Arusha. Both thought me some basic Swahili, which was really useful for the trip. The Swahili langue is really fun with words like Mambo and Jambo meaning hello. I highly recommend this safari.

One of the most memorable experience in Tanzania
The day of visiting Ngorongoro park was the last day of my travelling in Tanzania and appeared to be one of the best. The trip started at 7 am from Arusha, riding along the Ngorongoro park area began after approximately three hours driving and lasted almost until sunset. Thus, there were quite enough time to watch both numerous animals of nearly all kinds and park's natural beauty. By 9 pm I was taken back to my hotel which was Arusha touristic Inn that also suited me. I may rate this tour very high from all points of view. Everything was flawlessly organized: on arriving to Arusha the day before I was met and brought to the hotel, the tour itself was very well guided and full of impressions, although my back flight was the early morning on the following day the car picked me up at the hotel exactly at predefined time to transfer to the airport. The company staff, their partners and people in the hotel were very helpful and polite. And in addition, the tour price is possibly one of the lowest that one can find. I definitely recommend Travel Africa Safari Agency as a company and One day Ngorongoro Crater tour from Arusha.

All in one budget safari
I had the pleasure to have Mohamed from Travel Safari Agency to plan a 5-day budget safari trip for me. Mohamed was always there to reply to my emails (and there were many) and in general very helpful. He also came to personally pick me up for me airport and make sure that I joined a group of other people for the safari. The only drawback in the entire trip was that my 5-day programme was quite different to what I had agreed on via email. In this order, I was meant to have Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Instead, I ended up going first to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. I gained 1 extra park but then again I would have preferred to stay longer in Serengeti. In the group I joined, everyone had had similar change of schedule. Regardless of this, the 5-days were fantastic! Everything worked and we saw many animals and beautiful scenery. Afterwards, Mohamed came to see me in person and was very happy to have my feedback. Great customer service! In general, I can warmly recommend Travel Africa Safari Agency to anyone.

We had taken a bit at the last minute to plan our trip but Mohamed & Carlson made everything easy for Safari 2 days at Tarangire Park and Ngorongoro Crater, coming back to us very quickly for all our previous questions and concerns the trip.
All the staff at the agency were extremely helpful and unfailingly professional, from the pickup when we arrived at Arusha airport until the end.
Edward, our guide on safari, was also very professional and showed a lot of patience by giving us plenty of time to enjoy the moments when we met animals / birds / giant Baobab ... Edward did not spare of efforts to help us spot the Big 5 of Africa!
