Kilimanjaro Machame Route with KWESA
5/5

My friends gave me the honor of selecting a tour company for our trek on Mt. Kilimanjaro. I did not wish to disappoint them. I did a lot of research, read many reviews, compared prices of different companies, sent emails to the companies, and compared the information on Mt. Kilimanjaro that the companies had. I finally decided to choose Kilimanjaro Wonders Expeditions Safari because of their timely responses. The company also had extensive information on Kilimanjaro, many wonderful reviews, and affordable prices. I communicated with Teacher from the company who helped me weigh out the different routes. He helped me pick the 7 day Machame route for my roommates and me based on the fact that we have experience in mountain climbing. Teacher was very friendly and helpful and I had an amazing time working with her.
William our main guide for the trek was on time to pick us up from the airport. On the way to the hotel, he told us about the Machame route. I just knew that he would make the climb fun for us from his personable and cheerful demeanor. The next day, we met the rest of the team an hour before the climb. For the four of us, there were 4 guides, 12 porters, and one chef. They were very friendly, welcoming and I looked forward to climbing Kilimanjaro with them.
Our equipment and supplies were up to standard, and we were expecting nothing less. The climb was challenging but very enjoyable, all thanks to the crew. The food was well prepared and very delicious. The guides gave us a lot of helpful advice, and I could tell that they had many years of experience.
We had so much fun with Kilimanjaro Wonders Expeditions Safari that we decided that we will be using them whenever we are going in a trip.

Amazing Safari with KWESA
5/5

We have just returned from a wonderful summer vacation safari in Tanzania. Lazaro Edward the director of Kilimanjaro Wonders Expeditions Safari was personally involved in planning our safari. He was patient as we must have exchanged over 50 emails before we agreed on a 10 day itinerary to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater together with a cultural visit to Bushmen tribes and a hot air balloon morning ride.
We had Goodluck as our guide and driver. Goodluck became my kids’ hero. He was a talented driver and guide. He knew exactly where to find the animals that by the end of our trip we had seen more animals than we expected including all the big 5 and some rare finds like a pack of wild dogs in Tarangire, a Pangolin in Serengeti, leopard with its kill, lions mating, a lot of birds. The experience with the Bushmen with Goodluck as our intermediary was very wonderful with their simple way of life dances, showing us their hunting spears, arrows, huts made of wild leaves, bark cloth, caves.
I am very grateful to Kilimanjaro Wonders Expeditions Safari for the wonderful experience and when we return we will definitely use Kilimanjaro Wonders Expeditions Safari.

Challenging Umbwe Route Finally Under our Belt
5/5

My family of 4 (2 teens, my husband and I) and friends (a young couple) wanted to do something together so we decided to try and do Kilimanjaro together during the summer break . There were many travel agencies to choose from and after a thorough evaluation we decided to go with Kilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari based on the amazing reviews they had on various platforms. Teacher was our contact person and he helped us in selecting the Umbwe route which is the most challenging, with less traffic and very scenic too. The company provided very affordable prices, compared to all other companies. The services the company provided were top notch, starting from the staff to the. We climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.
The trek was amazing, our chief guide, Joseph, was outstanding. He led a team of 3 other guides and 19 porters and Moses our cook and his assistant. He was very attentive and ensured that everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. They crew was very helpful, assisting us to climb where we couldn’t do it on our own, and encouraging us. The crew made the climb fun as they freely talked about their country, culture, and ways. They constantly checked on us to make sure that we were in peak health condition. Moses made delicious food and soups that left us asking for more. They kept us well fed, and ensured that we had enough water to stay hydrated during the climb. After 6 days, the 6 of us reached the Uhuru peak just before dawn. The view was breathtaking and we got to watch the amazing sunrise.
The experience we had in the hands of Kilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari was the best experience of our lives. The company prides itself in excellent customer service. I highly recommend the company for any trip you want to go on.

Fun and Adventure in Tanzania with my Daughters
5/5

I am mother of two teenagers and I decided to take them on Tanzania Safari to Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro and the Serengeti to see the wildebeest migration. I booked with Kilimanjaro Wonders Explorer Safari who provided excellent services. The company’s employees and in particular Teacher the owner were very helpful. They provided all the options for safaris that a family could go on, and they helped with choosing the best accommodations. They also took care of our luggage transfer. I was very happy with the services, and I looked forward to taking the safari with my daughters.
Teacher gave us with knowledgeable guide, Moses. My daughters and I were very happy with Moses. He is an expert on the wildlife of Tanzania. He educated us on the whole cycle of the wildebeest migration. He took us to the parks and in particular northern Serengeti where the migration was taking place. The poor animals had to cross the river which was full of crocodiles. The crocodiles snapped their huge mouths in the air trying to catch the wildebeests. It was amazing to see that wonder of nature.
Kilimanjaro Wonders Explorer Safari provided five star accommodations. My daughters and I were very pleased with the properties that we had all through our safari and particularly the Lemala Mara which was located very close to the route taken by the migrating wildebeest. It was awesome!
I will definitely be travelling with Kilimanjaro Wonders Explorer Safari in the future and I highly recommend Kilimanjaro Wonders Explorer Safari for your family’s trip.

Fantastic Holiday
5/5

We had a fantastic time on our holiday in Tanzania. From the time we arrived in Tanzania, it was just great! Goodluck our guide was excellent company and real fun to be with. He told us so much about Tanzania culture, history and the people. In the 3 days took to some very nice places, like the Urithi Tanga Museum, Tanga city tour, Pangani beach, Amboni caves and a trek in a coastal forest. We met the local people in towns and enjoyed chatting with the locals.
Our accommodation at Tanga beach Resort was exquisite. A great place with excellent food, nice comfortable rooms and great service.
Excellent Holiday! Good Service! Friendly People!=KWESA!!

Kilimanjaro Machame Trek and 3 Days Safari
5/5

I have just returned from Tanzania where I successfully summitted Kilimanjaro and then went on a 3 day safari.
Teacher Lazaro the owner of KWESA is a good man, he kept organized the whole trip for me. He organized for me to join a group of 4 other climbers from Chile and Finland.
He gave us experienced guides, wonderful porters and an amazing cook all under the leadership of William the chief guide. They were friendly and knowledgeable about Kilimanjaro. The climb was nice with good food and comfortable sleeping tents. We had regular health checks to ensure we were safe. If you are doing Kilimanjaro it is important to hire a private toilet because some of the public ones are not clean!
After my successful climb I went on a 3 day safari tour with driver Ernest to Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara and it was just amazing. The parks are endowed with different species of wild animals roaming freely in their natural habitats.
I enjoyed my trip to Tanzania and recommend KWESA as a fantastic operator for Kilimanjaro trekking and Safari.

Amazing Experience with KWESA
5/5

We had a great experience with KWESA during our recent Kilimanjaro Lemosho trek. They were very professional and approached all the aspects of trek in a very organized manner. We were very impressed by Lazaro who helped us to trace one of our bags which had been misplaced by the airline the following morning just before we began our trek at no cost.
Our guides were very experienced and friendly, leading the party to the summit successfully. They took great care of my teenage son with good food, comfortable tents and regular health check. This route is slightly longer but we are glad we opted for it because we did not experience altitude sickness.
I will recommend this company to all my friends

Great Safari with KWESA
5/5

I joined a group of 4 travelers on a 5 day Northern Tanzania Safari. KWESA had organized a great itinerary that flowed logically from park to park from the start to finish We had Goodluck as our professional guide. He amazed us by the way he turned up wild animals from places that we did not expect. He also talked to other drivers to know where to get animals. Tanzania parks are very nice and well conserved with huge number of animals but the very best from my opinion are Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti. They were very memorable, Serengeti more because we slept in camps where the animals would stroll in and pass close to the tents as we slept inside.
I am happy with the package I got and will come back sometime with my family to visit.

We enjoyed the trek to the summit of Kilimanjaro
5/5

In June we went to Tansania with my husband to climb Kilimanjaro. Our international tour operator booked us with KWESA and we are glad that they did. KWESA was outstanding in every area since we arrived to the moment we left.
Airport pickup was timely as we found Teacher the owner waiting for us and then he took us to our hotel where he introduced us to the guides. We also had a briefing about the trek after they inspected our gear.
KWESA took care of everything during our trek, providing us with professional and experienced guides and crew who took great care of us as they guided us to the summit, equipment (tents, walking sticks, sleeping bags..), wonderful cook who made us great meals.
These people are very experienced about the mountain and I came to learn that they charge about 60% of what we paid if you book directly with them.
I recommend them.

Great Safari Experience in Africa
5/5

Kwesa tours took my family of 4 to Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti in a 4x4 Landcruiser with an open roof and we got more than we had imagined that a safari would be.
To start with our guide John delivered an exceptional safari. We managed to see all the big 5 plus other little and big animals.
There were plenty of different birds to see too. We appreciate the advice we got from Teacher on the choice of accommodations in Ngorongoro and serengeti because they were so luxurios serving a wide array of dishes, great continental breakfast. The tents were spacious and comfortable and it was nice to get a family tent in Serengeti where we all fitted.
We had such a wonderful time that we would wish to return soon.
