Top Notch Safari Experience!
Samuel showed great diligence and integrity honoring a safari reservation made in 2020.
Our driver Simon was wonderful, hard-working and diligent. Got us to the best animal sightings in three parks.
Safari hotels in Amboseli, Nakuru and Masaii Mara were excellent

Very good Safari with experienced guide/driver
We (my wife and I) did 3 parks/reserves in 5 days as we visited Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara.
Everything was arranged by Deep Forest Safaris to our satisfaction. This company took our concerns and questions and turned them into a very nice package which met our highest expectations.
The owner took his ti
me to meet us at our hotel the day before the safari to explain and answer our last minute questions. This was really appreciated.
Our driver/guide had a lot of knowledge about the different animals and birds we spotted. He also had the eyes of an eagle as he was able to spot animals and birds we otherwise would have missed.
He was also a good driver which had us feel safe at all times.
All in all, this was a very well arranged tour and we will not hesitate to use this company again. We can highly recommend Deep Forest Safari.

So perfect we already miss riding the Masai Mara
I contacted Deep Forest Safari for a very short-notice 4-day Masai Mara package. In spite of that Samuel was very accommodating and we sparred back and forth to find the perfect package. We upgraded the lodges as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and ended with the Sopa Lodges.
Due to other engagements we did not ride with Samuel himself, but one of his colleagues, Justice. The safari experience with him was nothing short of 5 out of 5 stars.
We felt to be in very good hands throughout - very skilled on the road, kind and Masai Mara savvy, and very relaxed and patient.
When we return we will surely have preference for Deep Forest once again, and certainly for Justice as our guide.

Very nice and caring.
The booking was very easy. Outside of peak season it's very easy to get a Safari on short notice.
At least around Nairobi you get picked up wherever you are staying (can't tell about other places bc I don't know).
Our driver was very nice. Even on the crazy streets of Kenya we never felt unsafe. He could answer almost any question we had and when on game drive, he would always stop when we asked him. Also, he will teach you some Swahili/Kikuyu/Maasai if you want to.
The Lodges were quite good. The staff there is very friendly. The food sadly is very westernized mostly but it's still good. The only thing about accommodation that wasn't that good was the Hill Resort in Nakuru. But still, it was very acceptable.

Absolutely great achievement
We had a great time in Masai Mara with our experience and nice guide Sammy and Alex. We saw big 5 and many others animals. Accommodation in Sopa Lodge was excellent in AA Lodge should be better service and food. We were satisfied. Thank Sammy for show us the real wildlife.

Amazing experience!!
Our trip was more than I had expected from the start to finish!! Samuel was able to accommodate our travel dates and time. Our driver James was very helpful and polite! My daughter and I had a great experience more than we had imagined! The food, hotel and sightseeing was perfect. I would recommend safari booking to anyone!! I will go book with them again!! Wonderful safari and experiences
We enjoyed everything. Our guide and driver Sammy was excellent in driving and the best man in finding animals. But first of all it was brilliant that he picked us somewhere in landscape because we spend a few days outside of Nairobi so that we didn't have an easy address like a hotel. The correspondence before the safari with Samuel was really good and friendly, and he responded very quickly. All in all it was great. There is no doubt to contact them again when we will be back in Kenya for safari or any other trip around.

Very good experience, recomend it.
We hired from Deepforestsafaris two itineraries, one for a hiking experience in Mount Kenya (5 days) and a safari tour , both for a mid-range budget.
The usual questions arise, payments, organization, safety and etc. and the company was always very engaging and responsive. I felt safe with their work, and that is a really important thing traveling to a place you don’t know such as Kenia.
My experience to Mt Kenia was good, and organization wise I was rather happy. Nonetheless, we had some trouble in the last day regarding the amount of hiking, that was an issue with the local guide preparations. Reparations were made but I recommend that you discuss in depth your itinerary before closing, once it can be a demanding hike.
Our safari the experience was amazing! Our safari guide, Sammy, was very friendly and great in finding and spotting animals, especially the big 5 that we were so eager to see. Whatever trouble would arise – possible in Kenia duo to bad roads, unforeseen climate and etc, he was already prepared and made it as little as possible an inconvenience in our daily routine. Great guide.
All and all, a quite good trip, and a good cost benefit for our budget!

Hiking in NP Mount Kenya, and 5-day safari package
Deepforestsafaris prepared an exciting itinerary for us, including a hike in Mount Kenya and a safari tour for a mid-range budget. Since it was our first trip to East Africa we had a lot of questions. The communication was very engaging and reliable before our departure and also throughout the whole trip. We always felt safe and the local guides looked after us well.
To see the sun rise from Point Lenana (4985 m) was awesome. The descent form the summit point, however, was really tough. Next time, we will make sure to hike at a slower pace.
Our safari guide, Sammy, was very knowledgeable and he has a great deal of experience in spotting animals. We witnessed the big migration in Maasai Mara and saw plenty of big cats (cheetahs, leopards, lions). The savannah was very beautiful in august.
Overall, we had a great experience travelling in Kenya!
