5/5

They make very good job! Communications is very fast they reply to my emails immediately. They promised and do 100% from our plan for 6 days and also do more free! Thomas is best guide ,driver and now our friend if is free take this Boy speak English perfectly drive very well safely and also makes interesting loops if you want, he knows everything for Tanzania wildlife , every name of the birds animals trees and also not loose our time to go to Shops and markets and sell another tours like another company's drivers,He just drive and Explain everything for Tanzania people and Wildlife He is very smart and clever boy Thank you for the best time with you my Friend.

Every day he wait ours group on time early morning and made long game drive to late
night. Also this company have Land Rover car and this maybe best 4/4car is better from Land cruiser because Thomas drive to many roads in Serengeti And other 3 parks i see Other cars come back but Land Rover makes this roads also i see in parks many cars from other companies is have problems and people lose half day to make if you have 2 days in park half day is too long and you not see nothing.
Mack boss in this company also very good and correct guy hi is give me best price for the best safari tour this is my favorite safari i already have 5 i checked 4 companies for this but just this's not make monkey tricks and give me right and fairly price .

They use best tented Lodge in Serengeti Center in the park not like another company's outside if you takes outside you lose time to go inside.also another hotels is very good food is excellent have Books with birds animals and trees in the cars have binoculars for costumers radio connection
With rangers radio and Thomas listen an if have Lions ,Cheetahs, Leopards and Rhino we can go immediately have open roofs in our Land Rover car have also space for luggage we have 9 bags, and is very comfortable for this type of tours.

Also we see many animals and migration extra because Thomas drive in other routes which is not included in tour in others company.

Again thanks for your good Job Mack, and best smart Guide Thomas and will use your company again for Rua national park. And i will make this safari again with my daughter and another friends.

Great safari experience with Kiliholidays
5/5

Great 3-day safari experience very well organized by Kiliholidays. We visited three parks and saw plenty of animals.
Our guide and driver Edouard was very knowledgeable about the area, animals and culture. He was able to find any animal from faraway.
We had a good time in Farm of Dreams Lodge, comfortable accommodation, great food and very nice staff.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitively recommend Kiliholidays.

Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara - An emitional 3 day Safari adventure with exceptional guide
5/5

Visiting East Africa for the first time, my girlfriend and me were very excited, having high anticipations about the trip to come. And what an experience it was!
Before talking about the safari itself with Kiliholidays, a few words on the adventure of finding the right safari. As it was our first safari we had in mind the questions that everyone has: what safari is the right one for us, will it fit our schedule, does it fit in our budget and what is the right price for the offer, will the accommodation be appropriate?
Here a few handy tips:
1. Whereever you are going to book your safari, it is recommended that the TO is listed on the Tanzania Tourism Board as a licensed operator - https://www.tanzaniatourism.go.tz/en/operators/listings/category/tour-operators
2. Book your safari in advance - if you don´t have a few days to spare in Arusha (where most safaris start), then booking a safari in advance will be your best bet. You may score a better price, but it will take a few days to organize everything.
3. Negotiate with the TO beforehand - we could get us two free hotel stays and an airport transfer for free. Especially in the low season your chances are good. It is customary to negotiate on everything in Tanzania - why not about the price for the safari too.

Kiliholidays Safari experience:

The overall safari experience was excellent. From the pre-sale until our arrival the communication was swift, professional and had all the information we could ask for. The original itinerary of the parks got shuffled around, but this did not have any drawbacks on the overall experience. Our guide Edward was exceptional: he picked us up from the airport in Kilimanjaro and made sure we felt welcome and safe throughout the whole trip. Whether protecting us from cheeky approaches Baboons, telling us about his favorite wildlife encounters or his perspective on the Maasai and their approach towards education - we appreciated every moment with him on the safari. The vehicle was in great condition and we never had any problems throughout the journey. Our accommodation in Arusha - Arusha Gateway Lodge 2 - was clean and located in a safe neighborhood. On the safari we stayed 2 nights at Fanaka Camp Site, the site is very well maintained, great service, delicious food, clean rooms. We had a fantastic stay!
1. Tarangire National Park
Home of the Bao Bao tree and the elephants with wildlife to the right and left framed in beautiful scenery. You love elephants, this is the place to go to, prepare to see them close up!
2. Ngorongoro Crater
Breathtaking views in a one of a kind setting, near the cradle of mankind. Not too crowded, definitely worth a visit - what a descend into the crater!
3. Manyara National Park
The park has a very interesting story about climate change to offer and you can see the effects on the ecosystem of the lake first hand. The night before were heavy rainfalls and the main passage ways were cut off, would not let us see most of the park - things that happen in the rain season, the whole Serengeti got flooded too. Our driver tried his best and nearly turned the vehicle into a seafaring vessel.

This was also an emotional journey for us. Like taking a small peak from under the blanket and discovering a whole new spectrum of feelings and emotions you had no idea existed. Connecting with nature you could've never had a chance of experiencing without being confronted with the wild surroundings, beauty untouched by human hand, having its harmony and balance maintained for decades, brutal, ruthless, but exceptional and astonishing. You could get a feeling that time has stopped, somehow getting an impression that this day happens over and over, running in circles for thousands of years. Seeing through the perspective of a person living in a city, getting all those new sensations, not knowing how to process and probably appreciate fully, not able to comprehend how all this beauty could be natural and not man-made. Looking through the eyes of professional guide with such passion, respect and admiration. You simply keep smiling and draw inspiring emotions in, realizing how you experience it all so intensely, holding your breath throughout the whole time. Finally, having the amazing opportunity to share this with my partner in crime ;)

Thank you for the incredible safari experience!!
5/5

We were a group of 7 friends (young group 25-30 years old) for the first time in Africa and, for most of us, the first time seeing animals at such close range!

I contacted several tour operators looking for the best possible offer for our first safari experience and Kiliholidays by far was the best one. It is a perfect tour to do as a first timer as it's very much affordable and the quality of service you receive is outstanding!

We did 3 days tour - Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park! We saw multiple animals: elephantes, lions, zebras, hippos...and we had a veeeery especial encounter with a BLACK RHINO! It was definetly the highlight of our trip.

All of this would not have been possible without our incredible tour guide Edwardo that always waited for us with a smile, answered every question and always looked for the best spots to find animals without many cars around us :) Big big shout out to you! Congrats :)

Staying at Farm of Dreams was another highlight, besides the amazing infrastructure, the tasty breakfast and dinners, the staff was incredible! Always suuper nice and helpful with a hige smile on their faces!

Once again this was the trip of our lives and it would have not been possible without Kiliholidays :)

Best of luck to you guys and again a big congrats to Edwardo!

An Amazing Adventure
5/5

I planned this four-day safari for myself and my two children (6 and 9) with short notice after other plans had fallen through. Kiliholidays communicated very well and worked with me on a couple issues to accommodate us. Abraham, our tour operator was fantastic. He kept us safe, informed, and happy. He was extremely knowledgeable of the wildlife and had a knack for finding the animals and positioning the vehicle perfectly. Abraham interacted with the kids very well and catered to their needs. We were lucky to see every type of animal that we had hoped for and then some. The lodging was much better than expected and the food was well-planned. There is a lot of driving to and from the parks each day (except between the 2nd and 3rd day) and I feel like a different route or different lodging locations could reduce this. For parents, if I were to take the children again, I would probably do three days instead of four as the kids were pretty tired by the last day, however, we still had a great time all four days. Overall, the kids and I had a blast and I want to thank Kiliholidays for all the praises I received from my kids!
