100% recommend going with Wildlife Oasis - incredible safari and amazing people
5/5

This safari outfit is fantastic. We arranged a 5 day safari (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro) with about 2 weeks notice, and couldn't have asked for more from the boss, Humphrey, who responded promptly to all queries & shared detailed itineraries (including an updated one after a last minute change requested by us). His colleagues, Ali and Nuru, who helped us with transport and arranging an extra day of activities at the end, were really welcoming and made it all so easy! Having the transport to and from the airport included was a huge bonus, as was having a hotel included at the beginning and end of the safari.

The safari itself was magical - our driver, Deo, was amazing and his ability to spot wildlife in the distance was brilliant, as was his animal/bird facts and stories of the various destinations: his sense of humour was awesome too! He timed each day really well, so that we were in the perfect locations for sunrises / sunsets, and used his experience & knowledge of the national parks to find us great wildlife viewing opportunities.

We loved the camping, where we had delicious food (and lots of it) cooked by our very friendly chef, Tuma, each night (he also had great stories). The tent was the biggest 2 man tent I've ever seen, and we had no problems getting to sleep with the comfortable sleeping bags and mattresses provided.

After the safari, we did a half day trip (organised via Wildlife Oasis) to Materuni waterfall (one of the best waterfalls I've seen) followed by a coffee tour in the local village, where we were shown how to make our own coffee from scratch by the local tribe - delicious (even despite us being tea drinkers!)

Next time we visit Tanzania, we will 100% go with Wildlife Oasis again - the value for money is second to none, and we highly rated all the activities, the comfort and the amazing people in the organisation. It's a genuinely great outfit and you will have a wonderful experience.

6-day sarari in 4 parks. Excellent experience!
5/5

We went to a 6-day safari in Tarangire - Lake Manyara - Serengeti - Ngorongoro. And I must say it was a really nice experience! All the days were fully packed with game-drives and impressions. Our guide Jacob did his best on the routes and showed us not only big and remarcable, but also small and hiding ceatures. So, I think, for these days we saw the best of these parks. Our cook was also great! Now we know the tasty Africa as well)) So I can recommend this company as a very reliable and honest safari-organiser. They offer an excellent balance of price and quality! Great thanks!

Unforgettable - for wildlife and service
5/5

Humphrey stood out for being a particularly helpful and trustworthy tour operator, who went the extra mile to help us get our covid-19 test before the safari, at Mount Meru hospital, even kindly managing the funds transfer to the hospital. Our safari guide, Abdul, was a star - a genuine, kind and incredibly knowledgeable person who genuinely loves the environments and animals.

The camping was fantastic - all the sites had professional , helpful attendants who set up the spacious and comfy tents. Sleeping in the Serengeti and with Zebra grazing nearby on Ngorogoro crater was magical. Benson the chef cooked us hearty and delicious meals.

We had such a fun, awe-inspiring, comfortable trip. Incredible value for money, hugely recommend this professional and kind hearted company.

Well organized package
5/5

Went in October for 7 days (6 nights) after discussing the itinerary via WhatsApp. Quick and efficient in replying. Price is also competitive and fair (3800$ for 3 as a private Tour). Also after arriving everything went smooth and well, all as expected. As it’s Africa you can’t expect a hot shower or WiFi in all lodges/camps, but that’s definitely not the fault of the Operator. The driver (Isac) knows all Parks very well. Typically for a safari they don’t have explain much where to go next and what we might see. But he is a great guide and we really enjoyed the whole time together. He was never tired and liked to drive the whole day (6am-6pm). Food also as described and the portions are fine. Value for money is good, given that the entry fees are quite high. Would book our next tour with them we well and don’t hesitate to recommend them.

Smooth, very helpful and really nice people who just wanted you to have a great time!
5/5

Absolutely brilliant trip. We went during the corona pandemic and can confirm it was the best time to go as we had the national parks and animals to ourselves for the whole experience. Our guide Deogratius Eliakim and chef Msefiri were absolutely brilliant. Deogratius knew exactly where to find all the Individual animals and we had a very close encounter with 3 Cheetah hunting and Lion killing a Warthog which is very rare in a day! Msefiri made us amazing meals and we loved trying all the African food it was brilliantly cooked. Humphrey and Ali organised everything very well and we are very happy customers who would recommend this trip to anyone who wants some adventure whilst seeing everything they wanted. Thanks again everyone :)

Amazing experience
5/5

The whole experience with this operator definitely passed all my expectations. We went on a 3-day safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro and it was incredible! We were just 4 tourists in the car due to coronavirus impact which made the experience more personalized. Humprey did everything to make our stay very comfortable. He even took me to buy a sim card and to exchange money. I can't recommend them enough. Please, when coronavirus lockdown is over, travel with them!

Unbeatable Value for Money Choice!
5/5

We have been searching for a good value for money Safari in Tanzania for the past 3 months, and when we decided to go with Wildlife Oasis Tours, we were little bit afraid since the price was significantly lower than the lowest price we have seen online. We were also afraid that it might be a fraud or something. However, all the people workin there were very professional especially Humphrey in the front office and Jacob our guide. The hotel we stayed in for our first and last night, was just ok, not good and not that bad, very basic (Only People who are looking for Luxury can see this hotel as a negative point) else will be ok. When it comes to the Safari itself, Our guide was the best, he is so much fun, very accommodating and best thing is he loves his job and very professional. We booked for 4 days, 3 nights Safari in Public Camping sites, and our accommodation package was a Tent & Sleeping Bag for the 3 nights. Yet they managed to put us in a room with private bathroom 2 out of the 3 nights. First night, we thought they were mistaken, but apparently, they were generous on purpose! We were planning to camp the second night, in Serengeti in a public camping site, when we arrived there, there was no water in the camp, so our Guide Jacob, made some calls and managed to put us in a 3 or 4 star lodge with a private room and a private bathroom. This was totally unexpected and we really appreciated the effort he did. The only thing that was a bit unsatisfying, was the food at Dinner, most probably because the chef was with us in the car and we arrive to our camp only 1 or 2 hours before dinner time, and he might not had the time to make a delicious meal for 6 PAX. Lunch was always good though.

As a conclusion, this agency is really good, professional and I strongly recommend it to whom are not looking for Luxury stay.
The 200$ per Safari day, including pickup and delivery to the airport, 2 nights stay in a basic hotel before and after the safari, food, accommodation and Jacob (The Guide) is more than perfect.

P.S.: To people who don't know the difference between Expensive and Cheap Safari, It's only the accommodation style and food, cause cars, roots, locations and scenery are the same to all, whether cheap or expensive.

Good luck with your search!

Budget option, elite experience
5/5

One can hardly have any objective expectations as a first-timer going on a safari. I had been loaded with my companion's experiences of Africa and its wilderness long before we even booked the trip. I expected to see many animals and catch some unpleasant infections in almost two weeks of my adventure, so I took a whole pharmacy and an extensive survival kit with me.
Even my first impression was beyond my expectations: although we landed in another country, 6 hours drive and a state border away from the starting point of the safari, the driver was already waiting for us at the exit gate and took us directly to the apartment we had rented half a year before. All transfers were organized to the last detail, so we did not have to bother ourselves with finding any means of transportation from Kenya to Tanzania, and putting up with double prices that tourists must pay for everything.
The safari itself was almost out of this world. I really had not imagined, let alone expected to see such a diversity of wildlife. It has something to do with luck, I was told, but it also has a lot to do with our guide Francis and his assistant / apprentice Twalbu. They really did everything to fulfill all our wishes and enable us to catch many excellent photographic opportunities. I have to thank our excellent cook Ali for the delicious food that gave me no digestion problems at all, so I was able to spend my medicine on treating our hosts.
Mr. Humphrey does not only organize safaris, but also manages a hotel in Arusha, so one does not have to worry about accommodations while waiting for the adventure to begin and taking a short rest afterwards. Although my adventure was a budget option, it offered an experience that was above my expectations and I would recommend it to everybody. If it is absolutely impossible for you to put up with cold water or no water at all in some camps, you still have many options to take more luxury accommodations if you can afford them, of course. But spending nights in tents at open camps, never knowing if there will be any night visitors who might find you delicious and nutritious, is by itself an exciting experience. For your information: there actually were some hyenas, a buffalo and three Maribu storks that visited us, but no harm was done to anyone. Lyons decided to roar about a hundred yards away, but otherwise I did not get the impression that they would find humans to be interesting at all. Most of the time they simply and quite royally just ignored us.
I would sincerely like to thank the entire team: Humphrey, Francis, Twalbu and Ali for trying to make us happy guests and succeeding. I now understand all the addicts to Africa: after my first experience I might just well become one of them.
