"once in a lifetime"
Hail tours uganda was our choice to go with to chimps tracking in Kibale forest NP and Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP in Uganda . Doreen was so nice and quick to answer all my questions.
Our driver/guide Nelson was a nice person. All the accommodations were nice and people were friendly. The tracking was very easy,no mosquitoes,no rains...

"Uganda Gorilla Trek"
We did a three day Gorilla trekking which was organised by hail tours Uganda. Doreen was very helpful and responsive.
The trip was just fantastic . Nelson our driver/guide was very nice and funny.

A well organised trip, our guide/driver nelson was helpful, funny and informative .we really enjoyed the safari with him . Food and accommodation were amazing ,everything was as I was told it would be . I would definitely recommend them.

We had an amazing trip with hail tours Uganda. we went over Christmas for a holiday with my friends and everything was perfect. Our guide/driver Stanely was fantastic. He answered all the questions we asked him.
We spent 13days in total going to Murchison falls NP and then headed to kibale forest Np, Queen Elizabeth Np,Bwindi impenetrable forest Np, lake Bunyonyi,Lake mburo Np, then back to Entebbe. The lodges were so amazing and excellent, the food was awesome. Hail tours went out of their way to make sure that everything was safely set up for us untill the end of our safari.
We cant speak highly enough about our experience because we enjoyed everything about our trip!!
We can only recommend traveling with hail tours Uganda all perfect!!!

Well organized , quality
We booked our family vacation through hail tours uganda .we were in contact through email by Doreen .she was helpful knowledgeable,and quick in responding me . It was a wonderful trip.
We saw most of the highlights ,lions being our first ,giraffe, elephants and many others. Our drive /nelson was so nice and he drove us nicely to different destinations. He has knowledge about wildlife and culture as well. Thanks alot hail tours team

Valves,professional, punctuality ,quality
Our guide Nelson was the best,friendly and accommodating. He has experience to do the game drives. Everything was just smooth , we saw all the big 5 and our first sight was a leopard because Nelson knew it was going to make a kill , we patiently waited for some minutes.
Hail tours uganda is the best option if you want to go on a safari in uganda . Would highly recommend them .

From the beginning of setting up the tour until the end, Doreen was always very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. The team was just professional during my safari.
The tour itself was amazing, my guide Nelson Was very knowledgeable, taught me everything concerning wildlife, culture and the country "uganda". My 5 day trip was an amazing one because it was exciting and interesting to know how chimps live, eat as well as the Gorillas. I was so lucky to see one gorilla giving birth!!!!. This experience was equally rewarding.
The lodges were nice and entertaining with some cultural dances, and the food was so good. Thank you Hail tours team for making me feel happy on my safari.
I recommend anyone to use Hail tours to get the best experience.

My Ugandan trip was beyond my highest expectations. Thank you Hail tours for organizing a wonderful safari to me and my guide /driver Nelson who turned to be a friend now for being the best guide I could have hopped for.
Nelson was perfect guide 100%. He was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. He really made me feel safe and comfortable. The lodges that they gave me were so nice and the food was awesome!!!.

FANTASTIC SAFARI
we went to uganda for a safari that was arranged by this company. Everything was as we expected. Right from the time we were picked from the airport to the safari destinations. The waterfalls in murchison was amazing and seeing gorillas face to face was un believable. Seeing the young gorillas jimp from one tree branch to another, i will never forget that experince. Am telling you payingfora trip to uganda is totallyworth it.
All this was possible becouse of Hail Tours Uganda and i totaly recomment anyonegoing for a safari to Uganda to book with this company.

"Amazing gorilla trekking "
Our Ugandan trip was was too perfect. Communication was clear right from the start to the end . Our guide /driver was interesting ,funny and was driving nicely. He gave us all the information about the Gorillas and the country at large . He was expcetional and knowledgeable about everything we asked him .
The lodge that we stayed in( Bwindi lodge) was so nice and the food was awesome. What made us more happy is taking us to lake Mburo Np which wasn't included in the itinerary just to see the zebras since we told him that we love zebras as well.
We definitely recommend Hail tours Uganda to anyone who wish to visit uganda Thank you so much hail tours team.
