Once in a lifetime experience!
4-Day Gorilla Trekking with Scenic Beauty of Bunyonyi
My husband and I did this tour along side our driver Gerald and the owner Doreen. It was truly an amazing experience one that we shall never forget! Definitely something that everyone should have on their bucket list is to do the gorilla trekking! there is nothing in the world like it!!! We did the “midrange” and the accommodations were great and the food was amazing!
Our driver Gerald was so friendly and funny! We spent the entire tour laughing!! And Doreen is so kind and also hilarious!
I was 1000 times recommend this tour company!!!
We hope to visit again one day!

"Everything more than perfect!"
I have been in Africa for more than 5 times but what Hail tours gave me was outstanding , unique and unforgettable. The hotels were perfect with comfortable accommodations! I hope to make it a gain with them in future.
Doreen was very flexible and always available to discuss my ideas , helping me to build the tour that I wanted ,which was really cool.
The guide, Gerald was amazing, smart, showing a lot of knowledge and respect for the animals, responsible,polite and driving carefully. He was always available in helping me. I definitely recommend this tour company for a safe and enjoyable safari !!

We were pleased with our safari in Murchison falls National park.our guide was very helpful, kind and generous. He guided us and showed us a lot of different animals. He was 10 out of 10.

"Uganda really pearl of Africa"
We had a unique time . I think this whole trip was organised very well, and the safari itself was great.
We booked 11 day safari with Hail tours Uganda and all our expectations were met!
During the planning process the communication with Doreen was prompt. And at the end we received a detailed itinerary nicely prepared..
Our guide /driver Gerald picked us from Two friends hotel in Kampala Entebbe:, and then drove us to Murchsion falls Np, Kibale NP, Queen Elizabeth Np,Bwindi and ofcourse Lake mburo for Zebras. It was a completely successful safari with highlights everyday and the Gerald was always helpful ,polite, and competent.
We saw alot of animals during the game drives. We stood face to face with buffalo ,leopard, and climbing lions .we could almost touch the giraffes during the walking safari,Standing in the 4×4 pop up. We had a great time with amazing landscapes and wildlife at large with nice breeze all day on our faces .
The people of Uganda are generally friendly and helpful.
Food and lodges were so wonderful: All good!!

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had"
Going to this trip was one of the best decisions I have ever had. Everything was great from the email correspondence with the manager before the trip to the very end of the trip.we enjoyed the accommodations ,Food and routes . We visited Murchison falls NP and we saw alot of animals. Special thanks to Nelson the driver /Stanley.He was super welcoming, friendly and professional.
What I like the most is that he was driving very safely!! I would happily recommend to use Hail tours Uganda if you to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Uganda and the wildlife!
